Private Studio Apartment in Tecom next to Metro station

good value apartment, had everything we need it

Pros: It was a good apartment, the host was very kind and always ready to help, it was pretty close to the metro, a couple of minutes walk and plenty of bus connections right near the building, also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The price was also very good and very good value, you get also free water in the apartment which is very nice

Cons: the pans in the kitchen were a bit hard to use

Pros: Karim is a great host. He made sure that the studio would be ready before our arrival, the follow-up was great, and he always responds fast to any query. The studio was clean and in a good location for transportation, affordobal restaurant and stores. We enjoyed our stay a lot, and it felt like home 🥰

Pros: The room is large and clean. With kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine and private bath. Very good to stay here.

Spacious and clean studio apartment for family vacation

Pros: Very spacious and clean studio apartment that could fit up to 6 people. Ideal for famliy vacation. It has everything you need (cooking, laundry, iron, etc). Location is very good as well. Walking distance to Internet city metro station, has supermarkets within reach and lots of restaurants nearby. Karim, the host, was very generous and responds fast to any concerns. He even provided free water bottles throughout the stay.

Pros: الموقع جميل موقف خاص حجزتها بالصدفة وكانت اجمل صدفة لأن حجزي الفعلي في فندق يبدأ من الليلة التالية أرتحت في هذا المكان المتواضع.. وجعلني اعيد حساباتي في مستوى السكن الذي اقوم بحجزه ويكلفني أموال طائلة مكان مرتب ومتواضع في نفس الوقت كأنك في بيتك. استقبلني صاحب السكن احسن استقبال وكان موتجاوب مع الرسائل بسرعة .

Cons: لا شيء

Pros: The property was really clean during our stay. Although there was just 2 of us who booked the apartment, it could accommodate a family of 4-5 as the apartment is really spacious. Everything that we needed was already in the apartment. But most especially the property owner was really nice as he accommodated us although we had to unexpectedly extend our stay. Will surely re-book with him if ever we had to go back.

Pros: Соотношение цена/ качество отлично! Близко к метро и автобусной остановке. Очень нравится этот район. Хорошая транспортная развязка, домтаточно недорогих ресторанчиков и супермаркетов. В апартаментах есть посуда, нам не хватало глубоких тарелок или что то типа салатника. Холодильник и стиральная машина новые работали исправно. Сантехника чистая. WiFi был отличный. Вид из окна 14 этажа шикарный 🤩

Cons: Постельное белье мне показалось не очень свежее, было только три небольших полотенца на троих человек. Немного шумноватые соседи, входная дверь очень тонкая и слышно все что делается в коридоре.

Pros: Доброжелательный хозяин, есть холодильник, микроволновка, чайник и стиральная машина. Так же есть кулер с водой (из 20 литровых бутылок). Есть ванна в ванной комнате. Большой стол, и барные стулья. 4 спальных места, посредине комнаты достаточно места. На кухне есть посуда. В доме 3 лифта, так что редко когда надо долго ждать, чтобы подняться на последний этаж.

Cons: Вокруг живут в основном индусы, так что когда соседи готовят - в коридоре сильный запах специй. Так же за всё время пребывания были замечены 4 таракана - видимо пролезают через вентиляцию. На кухне немного грязненько. От метро идти минут 15, на карте выглядит ближе.

Great stay

Pros: A very nice apartment, clean and well stocked. The host was very helpful. The apartment is well situated in a nice neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, close to the metro station.
