Oaks Liwa Heights Hotel Suites

Excellent apartment hotel in JLT. We will use again.

Pros: The staff were excellent. The apartment was very big, plenty of room for work colleagues to be together with plenty of space. Daily provision of water bottles was good.

Cons: A small nice addition would be a clothes airer / rack in the apartment after using the washing machine.

Pros: Room was very spacious and well furnished with amenities. Convenient location

A huge comfortable place, great value for money

Pros: The place was very spacious, someone can rest at this spot. There are two bathrooms which wins a lot of time when 2 people are trying to get ready to go out at the same time. You can order a delicious breakfast from the coffee shop downstairs who were very kind and helpful. There is a supermarket right opposite this place. It is very quiet and comfortable. It is very close to the Palm

Pros: Lovely hotel, helpful staff, amazing view, fulfilling all our requests and amazing location close to metro

Cons: Two simple things: - furniture is a bit outdated but it’s not that bad - to enter the parking needs to bell the ring and wait till someone open the gate for you it generally was fast but it’s better if every guest had his own gate opener card

Great hotel in very convenient location.

Pros: Only stayed one night this time, but have stayed at Oaks Liwa Heights before. Its an excellent hotel right in the centre of Jumeirah Lake Towers. Staff are very helpful and the rooms are huge with everything you could possibly need in them. Just a short walk from the metro station and an abundance of eateries around.

Pros: Room was ok, very spacious. Had no problems during my stay.

Pros: On the outskirts of the Dubai Marina, the property provides a full apartment stay at good pricing. You get a living room, sleeping room, kitchen, balcony and more. Good value compared to other hotels in the area.

Cons: The inside is starting to show its age. Some power outlets did not work, and the room could use a new coat of paint. Staff was okay but asked us a few requests that did not make sense.

Pros: Very quiet, big flat with everything you need inside

Pros: Views From Room Are great Balcony is an A+ Just like home Maintainance on time ALWAYS!

Cons: Although Maintainance Crew is Extremely Active. The Crew needs to be informed on the Dishwasher usage and maintenance. The Salt needs to refilled The Rinse of Liquid needs a refill. And it would be a gesture to provide Cleaning Tabs.

Bigger is better

Pros: Big Size hotel Apartment Room with Evrything avaliable at fingertips. This is the place. As good as it looks. Excellent housekeeping

Cons: Although great housekeeping but would suggest, any issues related to personal hygiene matters of guest not be disclosed or circulated.
