Abidos Hotel Apartment Dubai Land

Excellent apartment for short term stay.

Pros: Enjoyed the place and the environment. Particular commendation to the chef, Maan, who brought our room service meals. Very friendly and dutiful, and prepared the meals very tasty. Godwin, the security guy was also very helpful and warm. Excellent staff that deserve commendation and a salary raise for their exceptional customer service.

Cons: The TVs in the room were too small. Bigger TVs should be put in the rooms.

Excellent staff, great cleaning and very spacious apartment!

Pros: Great cleaning staff Arvind & Jelal. They cleaned the apartment everyday so perfectly. Also the doorman and reception staff was of great help during our sturing. Amazing people, we felt at home. Thank you Shukran Shukriya!

Pros: All I like especially the reciption guy he was so friendly 🥰

Pros: The recipient's staff were helpful thanks to selim and the others as well

excellent , memorable with my kids, specially swimming pool and its cleanliness and staff

Pros: staff ( specially Mann) was exceptionaly professional and caring in breakfast, along with others. house staff ( specially Arvin and Bilal ) get 10 out of 10 in cleaning and house caring staff.

Cons: i found everything good , nothing bad at all.

Nice place for family vacation

Pros: Wide space, good location, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, smart TV and friendly staff (Thanks to Azar from the rooms service team)

Cons: This was our second time to Abidous; the unit quality wasn't the same in terms of cleanness (e.g carpet), there was an issue of cooking smells coming through AC! Fire alarm was annoying too as it went on several times per day. The management response wasn't quick enough as we suffered from water leakages from the AC overnight and till afternoon the following day (delay in maintenance).

Pros: The staff were super Excellent In welcoming, reception, housekeeping and all other. They were friendly, supportive and helpful The place of the hotel quiet and every around it , supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants beside that you can order through delivery The flats big setting room with one or two bedrooms ( my family got one falt with big setting room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms and other flat big setting room, small kitchen and one bedroom. Washing machine is in the kitchen.

Cons: The infrastructure of the hotel need maintenance or modification: - specifically the bathrooms because of leaking of water. - The ventilation system needed to be separated because if any one cooked food the smell can be reach to othe flats

Pros: Special thanks to the entire staff. Some of them are following Nishan, Milan, Som, Shalam, Shalom, Rakesh, Yin and Tek Dinesh

Cons: All good

Housekeeping 10+/10

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, especially housekeeping Buddhi, Som and Thve were 10+/10. Pool area at the roof was quiet and nice. We would recommend using KP Chai foodmarket and their take out food located at same building. They bring your order straight to your door and we all, including kids, loved all of their food and it didn't cost much. Nearby is also few fast food restaurants. Our apartment was really spacious and we had 4 toilets and 3 showers. There is enough parking space underground and Dubai Outlet Mall is nearby.

Cons: Mosque woke us up every morning at 5.40 am. and around 6.05 am. Windows of the rooms are really dirty from outside and paper thin and you can also hear a lot of noise from other rooms. The whole hotel needs an update, for example kitchen in our apartment was breaking into peaces and so was the bathrooms, but you can still use them. Gym and saunas would need a serious update. I wouldn't recommend hotel restaurant at all; visiting restaurant felt like transfer back to 90's since it is so old, food was only 5/10 and service was really slow.

Pros: The swimming pool was excellent for kids. The reception was great.Very good cleaning every day in the appartment. Silence because is not in the center during the night.
