Kenya 🇰🇪

Pros: Despite being relocated to another location, i was happy to meet Mr. Abdoul who was so helpful and knows how to talk to clients, he explained everything so well. Then later Mr. Ali showed up and was so kind as well. Thank you so much guys you're the best. When booking next time i will want to come where you will be😀

Cons: I didn't like how the so called Ahsan handled the whole thing, i had booked at al shiba tower A and before i arrived i had talked to this guy Ahsan who was so rude and unprofessional, upon arrival i called him and he requested i share the booking number which i had already shared with him hours before only for him to ignore my calls and when he recieved after calling several times he started shouting and told me to call the office. As a good customer that i am, icalled the office only for the them to inform me that the room i had booked is not available.
