Charming spacious studio apartment in the heart of JBR By SWEET HOMES

Pros: Perfect location, the studio flat is spacious and big enough for a family with max 2 kids. The staff is very helpful and responsive. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again. The location is amazing, everything you need is no more than 5min away.

Cons: The kitchen is not well equipped. Appliances are a bit dated.

Pros: Being în Dubai Marina was excelent! Location fantastic! View also! Appartment was cozy, we find everything we need to stay. Was very near to everything! Beach, promenade and food area.

Cons: Quite difficult to find the no 4 building, but we manage! The owner leave as good info on whatz up, on how to get in!

Pros: Everything ! Good location, amazing view, close to the tram station, to the sea.

Pros: Very close to the beach and the marina, friendly staff, great communication

Pros: Everything was very nice. The apartment was very comfortable. It was the 12th floor. It has a beautiful view of the marina. It is 3 minutes away from the sea. There is a market downstairs, open until 2 am. The pool was good, clean. They cleaned almost every day. There were kitchen accessories. You can easily cook.

Pros: Our stay at this apartment in Dubai was exceptional. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and offered all the necessary tools. It's convenient location near the beach and proximity to Carrefour and The Marina Mall made it an ideal choice for our family. We highly recommend this apartment for a memorable and comfortable stay in Dubai

Cons: There were initial issues with the bed linen for the third member of my family, as well as a malfunctioning TV, but both concerns were promptly addressed and resolved.

Great value, amazing location with parking slot and very confortable studio!

Pros: The location is great, the apartment was big and confortable, as well as the bed and sofa. The TV had Netflix which was amazing for kids, but the internet connection was a bit slow and faulty. Having parking slot was great!

Cons: We had problems to get inside the building the first time since we hadn't the card key in the first place. The shower was a bit broken and we struggled to find the light switches!!! :)

Pros: I've chosen this property because of location and the size. The view to Dubai Marina was very nice. If you want to spend your time on the beach, walking around Dubai Marina, this would be a good choice. Tram and metro are situated nearby.

Cons: I didn't manage to check in on time since the host was not replying after the first call. After a night flight I had to stay in the street with my suitcase, doing my urgent online job without wifi and waiting for the hosts's answer. Only Booking support helped me. However, as an excuse, the host granted me a late check out for the lost time. All the rest was good.

Wonderful Experience

Pros: The host was so kind and responsive. Checkin process was very easy through the guide shared by the host.

Cons: All were perfect and impressive. It exceeded my expectations :)

Great cosy little studio apartment

Pros: Next to JBR beach and the Marina - perfect location! Amazing cosy little balcony with a nice view. Huge TV!

Cons: Wasn’t so clear where to find entrance to building
