Frank Porter - Marina Views B

Great place, great views, great value

Pros: Location is spot on - right on the Marina, and on the side nearest Sheikh Zayeed Road so easy to get a taxi and quick to get in and out when needed. The views over the Marina are great (I stayed on the 7th floor), it is a 10min walk from some nice bars. The pool is in the sun most of the day (I stayed mid October, it was in direct sun until 11am then again from 1-4pm). The apartment was nice - clean, well furnished, decent facilities. I couldn't fault it for the price and location and would definitely stay again (apologies for the open case in the pics - I had to get some washing done and was only there one night!)

Cons: Directions to find the place!! In a taxi we struggled to find this place - the main Tower A was easy, but I was in Tower B and the 'detailed directions' didn't come through until an hour or so after I had arrived (tbf it was a last minute booking with only 5h notice so that could be why). Whilst the initial directions brought us to the main road (which is a road behind Tower A), there was nothing to say that to get to Tower B, you have to go through the barriers that are next to the City Premier Apartments, follow the narrow road past the front of the Freshmart supermarket, and the entrance is then round the corner.

Pros: Everything was perfect, the flepino guy very polite and helpful. But the guy named Ali is not answer my call for receving the key and he is sleeping even until middle of the day, but finally i got the contact the Filipino guy, he is on time and working perfectly

Хорошая локация, все есть для комфортного проживания.

Pros: Хорошее расположение с красивым видом на набережную. Есть магазин с продуктами прямо в здании.

Cons: Пин код от двери не дали сразу, пришлось ждать час пока отправят информацию. Сложная система с получением пин кодов.

Pros: Polecam to miejsce. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Widok z balkonu nr 1 . Cena bardzo przystępna. Wszystko co trzeba jest na miejscu. Kontakt z właścicielem w każdym momencie. Jeszcze raz polecam!

Pros: Всем - доброго времени суток . Даже не сомневайтесь - букируйте !!! Этот вид по утрам и вечерам - стоит своих денег !!!! Все реально , как на фото . Да , это невысокий этаж - 6-7 ( точно уже не помню ) , но от этого вид на Марину не стает хуже . По плюсам : 1. Чистота - вообще нет претензий , все было на уровне . 2. Кухня - есть все , для комфортной жизни . Даже ручная соковыжималка ) 3. Доступность - станция метро 10 мин. 4. Неплохой бассейн 5. Шумоизоляция , мы абсолютно не слышали соседей . Надеюсь , они нас тоже не слышали 😂😂😂😂 За эти деньги и вид - отличная студия . Всех - Обняла )))
