A little gem!
Pros: Apartment as described. Bed very comfortable, lovely roomy, sunny balcony with fab views.Good WiFi signal, TV with Netflix. Kitchen equipped so you could eat in, cooker hob microwave etc (but we didn’t!) 4 bottles of water provided along with coffee pods and jar of sweets! Uk 3 pin plugs and USB outlets in apartment, Didn’t use the swimming pool but did see it. Short (15 min) walk to Jumeirah mall where there’s a Waitrose, M&S,loads of eateries etc. below apartment is a lovely FORLEO Gastro minimart and restaurants The Strand and Apollo. Excellent communication with Andrea and we were fortunate enough to get early access to apartment. Well positioned for taxi rides to anywhere. ( use Careem) No issue with leaking shower! Would definitely recommend and would return! Thank you.
Cons: It wasn’t an issue for us but I did hear a little traffic noise, motorbikes in middle of Saturday night.

Well worth the money and Andrea the host was very responsive to all needs, would stay again
Pros: Great location, spacious and clean and amazing view. Great restaurant The Strand and a mini market place in the complex. Also very close to many beach clubs.
Cons: Had problems with taxis finding the property so used The Strand restaurant as point of reference. Also the building has plumbing problems as woken several times by the toilet gurgling.

Pros: Very well-located apartment with good transport connections if you’re traveling by car. The building is well air-conditioned, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The terrace offers a beautiful view — just like in the sample photos.
Cons: The drainage speed of the shower water

Fabulous, awesome, spectacular apartment!
Pros: I expected nothing, but I was really surprised! The apartment is with affordable price on the Palm, with the parking lot, supermarket and two restaurants in the building. Fabulous view from balcony was everything! Equipment of the aparment was really sufficient, we had everything we needed. Super comfy bed, clean room and very friendly and helpful host. I would recommend this with 10000% and if we will go to Dubai, we will be here again! I just cant explain how happy we were here, we wanted to stay there and live there :)
Cons: Small water drainage from the shower, needs to be fixed, but nothing serious.

Cons: Mir hat alles gefallen man muss nur beachten das auf der Palme der Verkehr zu gewissen uhrzeiten sehr voll ist da es nur eine strasse gibt

راحة نظافة و اناقة
Pros: الغرفة واسعة و مريحة والوانها هادية .. اطلالة البلكون جدا جميله متوفر كل شي ممكن تحتاجة فية تركيز على التفاصيل المطبخ فيه اواني و موقدو اساسيات الطبخ (زيت.ملح.شطة....الخ ) دورة المياة فيها عبوات كبيرة من الشامبو والبلسم و الشاور جل جودتها و ريحتها ممتازة و متوفر مناشف كثيرة و بعدة احجام ناعمة و نظيفة و يوجد مجفف شعر و عطر ( لمسة رقيقة ) .. التكيف باارد و صوتة هادي .. بالنسبة للغرفة يوجد جلسة جانبية مريحة و مودرت و التلفزيون مبرمج علية القنوات و حجم الشاشة كبير و دقتها عالية .. السرير مريح و المفارش والبياضات ناعمة و المرتبة مريحة .. يوجد في البلكونة جلسة خارجية باطلاله خلابة ادوات و مواد التنظيف و الغسيل متوفرة و بكمية كافية .. فيها طاولة كوي و مكوات حديثة .. الخزانة كبيرة و مقسمة بطريقة مفيدة و موجود علاقات ملابس بكمية كافية و جودة عالية .. تتوفر قطع فنية منتشرة بالغرفه تضفي لمسة من الاناقة و الجمال .. اشكر المالك على هذة الوحدة المجهزة بالكامل بلمسة انيقة و مراعاة لاصغر التفاصيل .. انصح باستإجار هذة الوحدة اذا كنت تبحث عن الراحة و الهدوء و النظافة و الاناقة .
Cons: شوية صراصير دخلت من اسفل باب الوحدة .. انصح باغلاقها .. لحسن الحظ حصلت مبيد حشري بخزانة المطبخ .. المبيد انقذ الموقف .. اضافة ذكية
