Pros: Amazing view and location. Amazing service from Silkhaus

Cons: Mr Awais didnt respond a couple of times when called

I am happy for choosing it

Pros: The flat was exactly like in the photos. Perfect location with magnificent view to Burj. The photos I have uploaded are from flat's balcony.

Cons: .

Pros: Even before arrival, the communication was excellent, all my 100 questions were answered! The apartment is clean, equipped with everything you need - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, as well as everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. We didn't use it, but there was even an opportunity to wash clothes... absolutely everything to feel like we are at home with a charming view of the Burj Khalifa. It is possible to park a car, but Dubai mall is also within walking distance. And if you have any questions, there is immediate communication and your question will be solved. There is a swimming pool with a beautiful view, a gym and the people who work are smiling and welcoming. Thank you for a nice vacation! The apartment with all the options is 10 out of 10😍

Pros: The apartment is spacious, well maintained and well equipped , and provided a nice view of downtown. The best part of it is the location. Situated in an area in downtown, that is close to both the Burj Khalifa complex on one side, and the Business Bay on the other , we had a lovely time enjoying walks every evening. There are supermarkets and plenty of eateries nearby, plus a couple of eateries at the ground floor of the building itself. Our family had a great time there.

Cons: Just one small inconvenience - The card provided to access the tower's facilities had some issues which led to us not being able to access the gym and pool area during a few days of our stay.

Best place in a perfect location

Pros: Exceptional location and wonderful apartment for a reasonable price. The view was amazing and we watched the Kalifa light show every night. here was so much space and it was comfortable for my vacation with a friend. Easily walkable to the Marina and the mall. The gym was great and the pool was warm. Checking in was easy and they left boxes with snacks. Multiple grocery stores and a 24 hr pharmacy right downstairs. Highly recommend the China Bistro on the ground floor. Best Green Curry.

Cons: It was initially a little cold but I turned off the HVAC system and it warmed up.

Pros: Herşey muazzamdı her yere çok yakın fotoğraftakiler gibiydi mutlaka konaklamanızı tavsiye ederim. Silkhaouse çalışanları muazzam ilgiliydi. Teşekkürler 🙂

Will definitely be coming back

Pros: The view is ever bit as gorgeous as you would hope The apartment is spacious It’s also styled very nicely Great facilities Great building The apartment is decked out with appliances

Cons: The second bedroom door didn’t close The AC could have been a bit colder but it was very hot this summer so it’s understandable

Pros: Apartmán sa nachádza vo veĺmi dobrej lokalite, v blízkosti nákupného centra, fontány a Burj Kalifa. Izby vybavené každá s vlastnou kúpeĺňou ,takže obe rodiny sme mali svoj komfort. Kuchynka dostatočne vybavená niet čo vytknúť. Vrelo doporučujem všetkým ktorí sa do tejto lokality chystajú.

Cons: Tu niet čo napísať....
