Pros: The host responds very quickly to all requests and is very friendly and pleasant to communicate with. Overall, the apartment is nice and comfortable, with a few minor issues. Right next to Dubai mall.

Cons: Upon arrival, we found that the sofa bed did not have a mattress, but it was delivered the next day. There were occasional power outages, and at one point the internet was temporarily unavailable. A second set of bed linen was not provided. In the kitchen, a cleaning cloth was missing. The balcony overlooks a nearby construction site.
