Bella Elite Homes at Grande Signature Full Burj Khalifa and Foutain View - Brand New Luxury Apartment

Pros: Everything apart from having to pay extra for toilet rolls and having to use the same towel for 5 days

Pros: Amazing location with really good amenities. The apartment was clean, spacious and new. Great option for families. Sharoon and the team did everything to help us when needed. The facilities in the apartment were amazing and the view was breathtaking. Also the walk to the Dubai Mall was quite short. Lovely pool and nice gym to exercise. We will definitely come back again!

Exceptionnel

Cons:

Amazing views, immaculate apartment, spacious and modern.

Pros: Brilliant location, and amazing views of the Burj Khalifa and the Fountains from a balcony on the 55th floor. Modern, immaculate and spacious. The projector in one of the bedrooms for big screen television in bed was great. Regular contact with management company via WhatsApp was great. Washing machine was useful for me too. Close to the Dubai Mall for food and shopping.

Cons: I liked everything about the property except the comedy pillows, either too thin or too thick and bouncy. Had to stack a couple of thin ones to get comfy. But this is nitpicking really. Also, check in was a little cumbersome. Some more details about the check in process beforehand would have set expectations and made it easier.

Cons:
