Very well-located large apartment which could be better maintained

Pros: -the central location with lots of cafés and supermarkets around -lots of space -good kitchen and appliances -clean towels and sheets -the additional toilet

Cons: -the extreme noise of traffic on the highway despite ear plugs and the construction noise which went well into the night which we found surprising -the main bed which seemed broken as it creaked and sank so we had to use the single bed and sofa -the foul odour from the shower

Pros: “The stay was absolutely excellent. The hostess was very respectful, polite, and responsive at all times. I will definitely come back again. The location is also outstanding, with direct access to shopping areas and international restaurants.”

Exceptional

Pros: Excellent customer service and great communication skills by the host, the property has everything you need. The property is in the heart of Business Bay, Bay Square where you have access to supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. Close to popular attractions and Dubai mall. Thank you host for your hospitality and for allowing us 12:00pm checkout instead of 11:00am. Will come back and I highly recommend it to others.

Cons: Nothing major but the security at the front desk lacks customer service skills.

Pros: Good location n spacious apartment. Absolutely great place to stay .also the service from her is great. If u get stuck just text her n she is straight away helping handing person n get things sorted .we all really enjoyed there n highly recommend. Regards

Pros: I had an amazing stay! The apartment offered exceptional comfort and convenience. It was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities for a relaxing experience. The location was perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. What stood out the most was the outstanding support from the host and the luxurious feel of the stay. It truly exceeded my expectations!

Nice and clean apartment in great location

Pros: We loved: - the location : 5 min away by car from Dubai Mall - the size of the apartment: quite big for a 1bdr. We were 5 people (4 adults and 1 child) and we had a lot of room - the furniture: very comfortable beds. Two of is slept on the sofa, and it was very comfy - linen: had enough linen for us 5, as well as towels - the apartment is equipped with a lot of things for cooking - around the apartment, a lot of restaurants - parking is available - the host is very responsive The apartment is exactly like in the pictures

Pros: Апартамент расположен в удобном ,прекрасном месте !Центр города -всё находится поблизости -магазины ,ресторанчики ,достопримечательности. Парковка -супер .Люди ,которые там работают -огромные молодцы ,помогали найти нам машину ,когда мы заблудились на паркинге ) Сам номер -прекрасный ,чистый ,очень большой номер

Cons: Размер апартаментов -100кв .Огромный балкон .В номере ничего не слышно ,никаких звуков-спится прекрасно !кровати -удобные .Хозяева-самые милые )Они постоянно были на связи и переживали ,чтоб нам всё понравилось и мы были довольны )
