Awesom stay.

Pros: I had a great experience, great facility. Just that location can be better and more accessable.

Cons: Just the location was a bt far from Metro / Tram, otherwise no issues and had a great time.

Comfortable stay, clean apartment, easy access to public transport and exceptional customer service.

Pros: Everything. The location was perfect, the studio was spacious and clean. Loved the view, access to bus, tram, metro. Very cooperative staff.

Cons: Nothing! Everything was great!

All you need and conveniently located for JBR / Dubai Marina

Pros: The apartment has everything that you need for a short or longer stay, with mini-markets nearby for you to get food items and essentials. I was there on business so didn't go to the beach, but the apartment is well located for access to JBR and I am likely to re-book next year when I am attending a conference at the Ritz Carlton. Key collection was convenient as the hosts met me at the building. Note that for this building, Sky View Tower, Google Maps takes you to the rear of the property from which you can't easily access, so best use Saruja Asl Alhkaya, the restaurant at the base of the building.

Cons: The apartment overlooks a nearby construction site that works 24/7. Whilst there isn't too much disturbance during the night, it's mainly the reversing beep of trucks that you hear, so I guess it depends on whether or not you're a light sleeper. There had clearly been some light re-decorating, mainly in the bathroom, and the masking tape hadn't been removed; not a big deal but removing the tape would make the place more visually appealing.
