Beautiful 3 Bed Apartment in JBR

Pros: Just returned from our stay in JBR. The apartment was perfect for us as a large family. The views were stunning, the pictures do not do the views justice. The biggest plus for me was the service received from Nanette & Yas. Nanette met us on arrival and was always available on watsap for any questions we might have, helping us and making recommendations when needed. We stayed for 12 nights and our apartment was cleaned twice in that time. I would definitely recommend the property if you are looking for a large apartment in JBR.

Cons: You didn't get constant sun on the pools, but that's pretty standard for JBR. If we wanted a pool day we just moved pools during the day - there was an hour in the late afternoon where there was no sun on either pool.

Great location, great apartment size, very kind hosts

Pros: Nice central location, huge apartment, great views, free spaces in parking garage, plenty of small 24/7 supermarkets around, clean apartment. Was the perfect base to explore Dubai Marina. Most notable: Nanette the host was very kind and accommodating, even with our nightly arrival and departure times. Communication was always very quick and on point. Even a basket of fruits and snacks was provided on arrival, which we greatly appreciated. Apartment was cleaned once in the middle of our 4-day stay, which we wouldn't even have needed. Fantastic job!

Cons: In one of the three bedrooms, the mattress felt strange - like being of another material compared to the others, and one we're not familiar with. Edit: Owner informed me that this was a Tempur mattress, which is actually and truly a good product. Therefore not to be considered a negative point.

Pros: Perfect location. Few minutes by walk to JBR beach. The apparments are spacious and comfortable. The complement cleaning in the middle of the staying was a nice feature. Groceries are nearaby and have a sufficient range of products. We used almaya and carefuer. We would be glad to stay at these appartments again

Pros: Hyggeligt område ved Marina og Beachroad. 30 min. i taxa til selve Centrum af Dubai. Lejligheden ligger tæt ved handlemuligheder (rigtig fint supermarked i komplekset). Fine pools + fitnesscenter God og rummelig lejlighed. Dejligt med to lækre badeværelser og et 3.toilet. Aircondition fungerede godt - og var helt lydsvage. Godt wi-fi. Gode senge. Fint opholdsrum til flere mennesker (vi var 7 voksne plus baby). Babyseng tilgængelig. Værten var tilgængelig og hjælpsom. Meget ren lejlighed. Dejligt sted at være

Cons: Lejligheden var rummelig, fin og ren, men trænger til en kærlig hånd. Den er lidt slidt (mindre fugtskader på loft og inventar. Der var tegnet på flere af væggene. Lidt maling ville gøre underværker- og give et godt helhedsindtryk.) Det er småting) Der var pt en del larm i og omkring komplekset pga renoveringer. Området er i konstant udvikling og derfor larm fra diverse maskiner .

Pros: - من نفس المبنى تنزل درج مباشرة إلى ممشى الجي بي آر، وكل شي موجود مطاعم، مقاهي، أكشاك آيسكريم ...إلخ - الشاطئ نظيف جداً وقريب، تقريباً خمس دقايق مشي

Cons: - الأسعار في هذي المنطقة مرتفعة جداً - كثير من أماكن التمشيات والمولات بعيدة

Pros: Its so spacious and very comfortable. If you want to relax and have a peaceful family staycation, better choose their facilities. Would love to go back again.
