Pros: Location was perfect. Nice staff in the building and very nice owner of apartment - easy to communicate. Also appreciate warm swimming pool (in FEB) and well-equipped gym.

Cons: replenishment of cutlery could be good.

Great location and smooth experience

Pros: Great walkable location - we've walked from the metro with luggage bags with no issues! After different experiences in Dubai that was super smooth. The Marina walk and the tram are even closer. The apartment itself was good, the friendly security staff downstairs helped with our late-night checkout, and views from the balcony are as promised (you can see the boats passing by in Marina) - we would definitely not hesitate to come back. The host Mr. Shadab always communicated swiftly and helped with all our questions, met us to ensure smooth check-in / wifi / spare linen etc. Thank you Mr. Shadab!

Cons: Cleanliness was fine with very clean and comfortable bedroom. It was probably the somewhat tired sofa in the living room that left the impression that cleanliness could be improved - as other than that the apartment was pretty clean.

Pros: I and my family enjoyed staying at this furnished apartment. The land lord is very kind, friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean and everything is there free water. The location is very good and you have a free car parking in the building.
