Utra Lux Large 1 BR with Sunset Views and Private Beach

Wonderful experience

Pros: It’s a very big apartment, in a quiet zone, sunset on the terrace was so good to have. It was perfectly clean. The savon liquide for hands was an obsession to me. I’ll missed this appartment from Dubai. In front of the sea, with public Beach. The building is Grand Bleue by Elie Saab its a very nice building. I

Stunning view, clean and well equipped apartment

Pros: Very clean and well equipped. Stunning view. Staff was very kind, hospitality on too level. Would come back. Private beach. Excellent gym and play area for kids. Have some coffee shops and places to eat just 2 minutes walk from apartment.

Pros: The apartment was absolutely fabulous. Spacious, bright, beautifully furnished..and the view from the balcony was exceptional. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries…and having access to the private pool and beach was amazing.

Would definitely stay there again.

Spectacular

Pros: First and foremost, the personalised welcoming from Sunny was fantastic! He made sure our check-in was flawless. The overall property was clean, everything was perfect but the wow factor of this flat was the spacious balcony but above all the view was spectacular! On the left side was JBR where the sunrise - the middle has small peek on the marina and the right side was the palm where the sunset is breathtaking! The facilities is also a +++ and feel luxurious! Will recommend to anyone! Thank you again to whole team!

Pros: The apartment is bright, clean and comfortable. It's perfect for solo travellers, couples and families. The facilities are great, and the staff is very caring. The view from the balcony is breathtaking

Pros: Impeccably clean, brand new, well maintained and so spacious! The private beach and pool are very nice and secluded. Huge TV. Complimentary drinks we really appreciate. But the view is just amazing. I was amazed by the beauty and how big and spacious was the balcony! Would love to go back!

Cons: Only minus which we completely understand is the strict check out and lack of storage for the suitcases, but this is manageable.
