Great location, transportation close by, great staff

Pros: The property was clean and the team on the ground was very helpful.

Cons: The room wasn’t ready on time even I called twice and informed them in advance.

Pros: Staff was very kindly and flexible with check in and check out because I needed more time for this. The neighbourhood is good and has cheap restaurants. The Appartment was comfortable also the bed.

Pros: Posizione strategica, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro. Staff molto disponibile e accogliente, prezzi un po' altini per la zona visto che intorno è tutto un cantiere ma la struttura è nuovissima e pulitissima.

Отличный Дубайский вариант для двоих

Pros: Новое здание с хорошей климатизацией, хорошей отделкой, совершенно без запаха сигарет, канализации или чего-то еще. Удобная большая кровать, чистое белье, чистый санузел. Замена полотенец и уборка - по запросу. Есть чайник, конфорка, холодильник, немного посуды и столовые приборы. В 5-ти минутах ходьбы от метро ADCB, в 10-ти минутах от дубайской рамки. Рядом индийские ресторанчики, некоторые из них весьма недурные, некоторые - круглосуточные. Разные маленькие магазинчики и большие дешевые маркеты. В районе в основном индийцы. До дубайского мола, фонтанов и башни - 5 остановок метро. Чтобы войти надо нажать на домофоне звонок - консьерж подходит мгновенно. Люди исключительно приветливые и услужливые. Район безопасен, хоть и на первый взгляд таким не кажется. Но люди там - ДОБРЫЕ, и заслуживают большое уважение.

Cons: Вход в здание - с обратной стороны (между двумя улицами) - найти без спроса - невозможно, так как на улице по указанному адресу вывески нет вообще. Даже если спросите - мало кто знает. Соседнее здание все еще строится - шум начинается с 7-ми утра, спать после этого почти невозможно. А так - очень тихо и спокойно.

Pros: Everything was beyond expectation, location-wise and comfort-wise 10/10. its very close to the Tube station and grocery stores just around the corner, making it the perfect place for anyone. Highly recommended.
