Luxury Business Bay Studio with breathtaking views.

Great views and a comfortable night's sleep

Pros: Easy access, great views, and it met our needs very well. We arrived after a dusty week in Oman, so the washing machine / tumble drier was very helpful. Sherif was welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot! It was nice that we didn't have to check out until midday.

Cons: No complaints.

Pros: Accommodation matched the description on booking.com. It was very close to Dubai mall and the Burj Khalifa. It was nice and clean and met all our expectation. The host replice to our message immediately and was available at any time.

Great place, helpful host!

Pros: Great flat, comfortable and clean, great location, great view from the window, quiet (no nuisance from neighbours) great value for money. Great facilities also: swimming pool of the building that I could use for free. The host is responsive and kind, very helpful. I would recommend staying there for a great and convenient experience of Dubai. I will be back!!

Cons: Three things to improve: WiFi connection was a bit unstable, pans and pots were a bit “worn out” so may be worth considering changing them. A bit of dust on the night table. These things that are three things that could be improved did not however inficiate the great experience I had.

Perfect stay

Pros: Very well localized. Host is very nice. Cozy and clean. Felt safe as a female solo traveler. All the amenities and then some! Recommend 100% and would stay again :)

Amazing experience!

Pros: I had an excellent 3-night stay. The host, Sherif, was very helpful and responsive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The balcony was a real highlight! Overall, a perfect stay—10/10. I’d definitely book again.

Great view and very good location.

Pros: The view is gorgeous. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The location is also very good, there is a Carrefour store next to the building and Burj Khalifa is about 30 minutes walk away. The owner, Sherif, is very kind and made sure throughout the holiday that we had everything we wanted. We will gladly return.

Cons: Generally nothing, maybe the kitchen desk should be longer - almost no space to prepare food.
