Great central location

Pros: Location was great being very central with access to everything needed

Cons: Shower glass was not wide enough and caused water on the floor during every shower

Would love to be back & would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends and family

Pros: The location in the Marina and view from the 50th floor is great. The apartment is spacious and well designed with great interiors. The sheets, towels were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Minor plumbing issues was fixed quickly. The staff at the reception were helpful and courteous

Cons: With 4 adults, it would be helpful to have more than one key. The bathroom looks trendy but the quarter glass makes it difficult to shower without the water splashing out. One bathmat per bathroom for a week didn’t suffice!

Pros: Location, good amount of space, attentive host and staff, comfortable beds.

Cons: Feels like a lot of the towers in Dubai got built super quick and not to the highest standard. The ceiling was leaking whilst we were there in the bathroom but the host did get someone to fix.

Pros: Very close to Marina Walk, you have all the connections from this place. It was a great place to stay in Dubai in the las years.

Cons: Il y a des petites réparations à faire dans l'appartement comme bien fixer la douche, change les plaques chauffantes, car ça ne marche pas bien, mais rien de très grave.

Pros: Location was good. The place is in the heart of the city, and Marina was walking distance- just 2-5mins walk, with multiple cafes and restaurants close by. There is a well-stocked convenience store is right around the corner from the property making it immensely easy to go buy fruits, water etc. The gym, pool & the cafeteria is in the same building was easily accessible. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the view was great. TV, ironing board- all well thought out things were available. Clean towels were provided. It was quiet and spacious. The host/ manager was helpful.

Cons: There were no toiletries at all. Only soap for handwashing in 1 of the bathrooms. The wifi was good in the living room area, but was weak & dropped quite often in the bedrooms. On our second day, the entire floor's ceiling was broken down and some pre-planned civic work started- which made is very messy and loud in the mornings. This was not communicated to us. I understand that this was not something the host could have stopped, or rescheduled ( as it was happening on different floors of the building) but I would have preferred a communication in this regard. Because of this work, the AC in our rooms got switched off at 12 in the night- and we had to call the main desk to help us out.

Cons: Wi-fi иногда был неустойчивый, особенно в дальней спальне.

Összességében elégedettek voltunk a szállással. Prem, a host nagyon segítőkész volt.

Pros: Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, tágas tér, megfelelő apartman elosztás és berendezés. Szép kilátás.

Cons: Nem túl kényelmes, nagyon puha ágyak. A fürdőszoba elég elhasznált volt, kifolyt a víz zuhanyzáskor az üveg panelen, ezért folyton vizes volt a padló. A belépő kártyák, QR kód nem működtek, ebből a recepción többször volt kellemetlenségünk.
