Pros: Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable stay in Dubai. I’ll definitely be coming back! What made the experience even better was the apartment owner. Extremely professional, respectful, and genuinely caring.

Pros: the owner is very gentle and friendly. room is gorgeous, spacios and comfortable. the view from the balcony was soooooo beautiful that i was really glad i came on this trip.

Lieliski, skaisti, tuvu centram

Pros: Lieliska naktsmītne ar ļoti ērtu atrašanās vietu. No balkona (foajē) paveras skaists skats uz Burj Khalifa, apkārtne ir sakopta un patīkama. Apartamentu saimnieks bija brīnišķīgs – laipns, atsaucīgs un vienmēr gatavs palīdzēt. Dzīvoklis ir ērts un piemērots ģimenes uzturēšanās vajadzībām, ar mājīgu atmosfēru un visu nepieciešamo komfortablai atpūtai. Nokļūšana līdz metro ir vienkārša – ar autobusu tikai trīs pieturas. Uz Dubai Mall un Burj Khalifa var nokļūt arī ar kuģīti pa kanālu, kas kursē aptuveni reizi stundā – ērti, patīkami un izdevīgi. Netālu no naktsmītnes ir daudz mazu kafejnīcu ar dažādu kultūru virtuvēm. Mums šī uzturēšanās ļoti patika. Liels paldies!

Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay in a great location. Loved it!

Pros: The penthouse was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the city. The location was very convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. The host was very thoughtful and even left us snacks in the pantry which was a lovely touch. The bedsheets were fresh and clean, and everything showed great attention to detail.

Cons: There’s nothing I’d say I didn’t like.

شقة ممتاز لمن لديه عائلة وموقعها أكثر من ممتاز

Pros: الموقع أكثر من ممتاز بجانب دبي مول برج خليفة البوليفارد حجم الشقة ممتاز ثلالث غرف ثلاث حمامات النظافة مقبولة جدا جدا السماح الدخول المبكر دون رسوم إضافية ( الدخول 6 صباحاً) الواي فاي قوي جدا لدرجة إمكانية مشاهدة الأفلام و المباريات مواقف السياراة القريبة متوافرة طول الوقت

Cons: بعض الأدوات قديمة نوعا ما مثل الأغطية و المخدات ولكنها جيدة للاستخدام ولا مشكلة يجب الانتباه انه لا توجد خدمة تنظيف انت تستأجر شقة دون خدمات. ليس شقة فندقية. المواقف تعج بالعمالة الآسيوية خصوصا خدمات التوصيل .

Clean, elegant, spacious, amazing views and great location.

Pros: The apartment was clean and tidy. We felt at home immediately. It had everything we needed. The location is great, dubai mall is 5 min and the airport is 20 min away.

Cons: Nothing.

Wonderful place and wonderful host

Pros: From the reception that was very smooth through the check in that was so easy and quick and the close communication that made our stay peacefull to the hospitality that the host has shown all of that is a clear manifestation of professionalism. I will definitely come back to stay again in this spacious and tidy apartment that is centered around many tourist destinations and provides easy access to highways. I recommend this apartment to all who are pursuing peaceful, serene and clean stay.

Pros: 비지니스베이에 위치하고 있는 시설이라 다른 곳 이동하기 편했습니다. 방마다 샤워시설도 다 갖춰있어서 직장 동료들과 이용하기 괜찮았고 호스트가 응대를 잘 해줘서 불편한 점을 바로 해결할 수 있어 좋았습니다.
