Paramount Midtown I Sky High Luxury 2BR Apartment with Burj Khalifa View & Highest Infinity Pool I Down Town Dubai

We had an amazing stay at Paramount Midtown in a 2-bedroom apartment booked via Zay Staycae. The place was clean, fully

Pros: We had an amazing stay at Paramount Midtown in a 2-bedroom apartment booked via Zay Staycae. The place was clean, fully equipped, and check-in/check-out went very smoothly. Communication was clear throughout. Our host, Faiq Muneer, was incredibly helpful. When we forgot some items, he contacted us right away and even arranged delivery to a family member elsewhere in Dubai. Truly above-and-beyond service. Highly recommended!

Cons: Nothing. Everything was 10/10

Can recommend it for the spectacular view alone

Pros: Everything went smoothly. View is spectacular. Great location. Fantastic infinity pool. Unfortunately I didn’t make it to the gym-so I can’t say anything about that. Also a supermarket direct next to the hotel.

Cons: Everything was great. Only thing was that in the apartment next to me a couple had a big fight one morning and was screaming and yelling at each other. But since it was clear that no one was in danger I didn’t mind. Was more like a telenovela and only one time. Besides that. I really liked the Appartment.

Excellent luxurious accommodation, great location and super helpful hosts

Pros: Accommodation was very nicely furbished with great view in a central location. Excellent room sizes/beds and bathrooms. Very quiet. Hosts extremely responsive and super helpful. Pool was amazing.

Cons: Would have been helpful to have some pool towels or an extra set of bath towels to be able to rotate for pool use - we worked around it with the dryer though.

Pros: The best view ,, very cosy clean and beautiful apartment .. recommend

Pros: Faiq Muneer the host was 10/10 gave us a feeling that there is always someone for you. The place was as it shown in the web. Every thing was great.

Pros: The apartment is very clean and neat as per descrption. Also, everything is provided 8n the aprtment by the provider. The location is fantastic.

Comfortable stay and convenient place.

Pros: Convenient place, near to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Fountain. Big rooms for family stay, clean and comfortable. Recommend for family stay.

Great Dubai experience!

Pros: Great location, stunning view from balcony, well equipped apartment, nice scent (maybe a bit too intense), amazing roof pool. Very good contact with a host.

Cons: Very tight parking way - I was not able to reach 5th floor with a bigger car, but there is cheap street parking, so not a real problem. The apartment description could be a little better - there is no private pool (as described), but a shared one on the roof.

It is a good apartment, but not so luxury as described

Pros: * Quick replies and resolving the problems by the support team. * Clean apartment with almost all required facilities. * Location

Cons: * You can hardly use one of two bathrooms: there is no hot water, so you can't use the shower there. * Shower facilities are cheap, no toothpaste. * There was no hair dryer, after my request is was quickly replaced but for such a price I expected all facilities without any additional requests. * There were no capsules for coffee machine, that was also strange.

Excellent apartment in a great location

Pros: The location and quality of the apartment was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The customer care and attention from Faiq and the team was exceptional.
