Great little studio.

Pros: Everything was perfect, from the booking process to the checkout. The studio is very well equipped with everything you need. You have shops very close by, car parking is available if you need it, as well as a swimming pool and gym. It is in a very good area of Dubai, close to all attractions, 15-20 minutes by car or taxi from the airport and mall. There's a nice terrace where you can relax in the afternoon. It was very clean as well. We didn't have any problems or disturbances during our stay, and the guys from the building reception are very nice and helpful. We would definitely return here.

Cons: The only small problem is that the area is still under construction, and it was a little dustier than normal. The pavement for walking isn't everywhere done yet, at least when we were there, but it's not a big issue.
