Stunning 2BR Marina View Apt Close to JBR

Awesome host. Great location. Great apartment. Ticks ALL the boxes

Pros: Excdellent communication by the host prior to our arrival at the apartment. We had requested if there was anywhere in the complex for us to leave our bags as were arrived at 9am and check-in wasn't supposed to be until 3pm. However, given there was nobody checking out, we were allowed to get early check-in free of charge. Great first impression. The location was great and just 2-3 minute walk to the closest Metro station and a smilar distance to the Marina / JBR. The apartment was well equipped and ticked all the boxes with what we needed for a family of 5. Would 100% recommend to friends and family.

Pros: Don't believe the photos, it is even better! Perfect stay!

Cons: I just didn't like pillows. Too high for me.

The perfect choice for staying right in Dubai Marina on the promenade, very close to Dubai Mall

Pros: It is a two-bedroom apartment with a living room right on the Dubai Marina promenade, just a 3-minute walk from Dubai Marina Mall. The apartment is very clean, exactly as described, and the owner is very communicative and ready to help with anything. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine. It also features two bathrooms and two balconies with views in different directions, including views of the Dubai Marina scenery. The photos are real. This is what you see from the balcony and the pool of this property located on the 16th floor. Additionally, there is available parking in the basement, free of charge if you arrive by car.

Cons: The furniture is a bit old, but the main advantage is the location. Also, the pool isn't very modern and it's not a rooftop pool, but the view from the pool is stunning

Fantastic Marina Apartment with Stunning Views & Great Hospitality

Pros: The location is excellent—right on the marina promenade, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, with a supermarket on the ground floor and taxis readily available. The apartment boasts stunning views of the marina, the sea, and even the Atlantis Hotel at the Palm from the living room. It is also around 10 min to walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in. Although I initially had trouble connecting to the internet, the owner quickly resolved the issue. The apartment itself was spotless and felt fresh, featuring a comfortable bed with crisp, clean bed sheets. Complimentary water was provided, along with all essential kitchen appliances, a hairdryer, and an iron with an ironing board. Both bathrooms were well-maintained and stocked with shampoo, shower gel, and other essentials. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Cons: Guests should be aware that while the 16th floor offers a fantastic view, it also comes with some noise from the roads below. If you're sensitive to noise, bringing earplugs will ensure a restful stay.

Cons: Θα μπορουσε να ειναι λιγο πιο καθαρά τα χαλιά .Τα σεντονια μικρά .

tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Pros: Die Lage ist perfekt. Mega angenehme Betten, tollt Wohnung

Cons: die Küche war sehr dürftig ausgestattet

Pros: Хозяин квартиры всегда на связи, отвечает очень быстро. Расположение - отлчное. Самостоятельное заселение. Внизу чистый бассейн, работает до 22:00. Подземная парковка для автомобиля бесплатно. Быстрый бесплатный wi-fi.

Cons: Тараканы. Хозяин квартиры утверждал, что перед нами была проведена чистка, но увы, тараканов было очень много! Чистота кавратиры оставляет желать лучшего. В одном душе плохая занавеска и вода льется на пол - пора бы установить кабину или стекляные стенки. Состояние кухни - удвлетворительное, но уже уставшее. На улице, на балконе, сильный шум от блока кондиционеров соседнего дома. На ресепшне нельзя оставить вещи на хранение, если у вас поздний вылет (вам разрешать сидеть в холле вместе с вещами).

Pros: Все отлично! Метро и пляж недалеко- минут 10-15 пешком. Есть минусы при обслуживании

Cons: В одной из ванной засорился умывальник, поэтому им не пользовались. На кухне заметил есть тараканы. Попытки использования стиральной машины не увенчались успехом, похоже она сломалась ((

Нам было комфортно, уютно и по-настоящему весело — атмосфера располагала к отдыху и приятному времяпрепровождению.

Pros: Вид с балкона был по-настоящему завораживающим — мы просто наслаждались каждой минутой, словно растворяясь в этом моменте. Пейзаж перед нами раскинулся, как живая картина: гармония, спокойствие и красота слились воедино, заставляя забыть обо всём и просто любоваться.

Cons: При бронировании уборка была включена, однако на практике оказалось, что мы оплатили уборку только перед нашим заездом. Насколько мне известно, гостиницы или апартаменты, как правило, сдаются в чистом и подготовленном виде — это стандарт в индустрии гостеприимства.
