Prime Downtown 2BR Retreat

Pros: The apartment was absolutely beautiful, and the view from the living room was incredible. The rooms were very comfortable, with cozy furniture that made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. Access was easy and felt very safe, and the location was excellent—everything you need is nearby. Dubai Mall is only a 10–15 minute walk away, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

Cons: The only drawback— is that the beautiful living room and view may tempt you to stay in rather than explore outside.

Pros: Great location, very easy walk to Dubai Mall, fountains, restaurants etc. Well stocked supermarket very close to walk. This is a very large apartment that would comfortably suit 2 couples. Good views. Comfy large beds. Large lounge for relaxing.

Cons: •\tWe were not told that there is a switch to turn on the hot water service. After we found the switch late on arrival night, the large tank took some time to heat, we were unable to have showers until the next morning. Easily solved with a simple instruction. •\tThe TV was only available if you have your own streaming account, there was no connection to get local tv, or anything else as supplied with the apartment, and we think this is unacceptable. Some issues that could be fixed with some maintenance: •\tCupboard doors/drawers that don’t align and are tricky to get to open in the kitchen and wardrobe doors in 2nd bedroom. The hinges on the shower door in the main bedroom ensuite are broken. Initially every time when opening the door there was an alarming loud ‘crack’ that sounded like the glass breaking (which we stopped using temporary soap gel lubrication) and when it closed it hits the other glass panel, that we feared that if closed with any speed or force could break.

Pros: It was our first time experience with this apartment. It was really great! The location, the service, cleaning, every small detail was perfect! Everything we was need during your stay was done. We requested coffee machine for my husband's morning coffee rethual we received. Apartment was super ultra cleaned, for us it was one the points. Highly recommend

Pros: Perfect location for shopping and exploring Dubai, the apartment is spacious, has everything you need for quality rest, one of the most equipped kitchens in my long history of booking apartments through out the world. The spinneys supermarket only 100 meters away. Perfect!

Cons: A few minor things to keep in mind for owners: check the drainage for sinks and showers, a few faucets were not well fixed and the the provided garbage bags did not fit the garbage can. But this did not affect the overall bliss.
