Great location to a fair price in one of the tourist hot spots of Dubai

Pros: The apartment has a wonderful size and layout. It is directly located between Marina and the Walk/Beach. The Sadaf Community has everything you need for loving like grocery stores,.... The apartment was well equipped also for cooking. We enjoyed our stay 😊.

Cons: The community pool was under renovation (what is good to keep things up to date) due to that we could not use it. The fresh air management in the apartment could be better. But this was only noticeable if we stayed the whole day in the apartment.
