FIVE Palm Jumeirah - 2 Bedrooms & Maid Room Apartment in a Splendid Resort

Great hotel nearby, you can use the premises, aptmt dated

Pros: The apartment is in the south residential tower of the Five hotel on Palm Jumeirah. The hotel is really cool if you like cool beach parties - we as a family of five had fun drinking mocktails in the pool and watching the party people dancing - lots of very extrovert people hanging out. We also enjoyed the beach club very much, as well as the extremely good Italian restaurant.

Cons: For the hotel - don't expect peace and calm - this is party, loud music, club - if you are not into this, go somewhere else. While the apartment is beautiful and modern, with minimalistic interieur, sadly everything is a bit dated. That was true for the infrastructure, we had a gas pre-warning light on for three days which worried us quite a bit (that thankfully got fixed while we were there), but also especially the bathrooms and toilets were the tile joints are still original, have not properly been maintained and are pretty dirty and full of fungus already. Also eg the door knobs and handles look very worn down... also, especially during the time we kept the windows open, but also later - the apartment is somewhere between loud and very loud, the windows go out to the big motorway/central street of the palm. We could still sleep, but it was not blissfull chirping bird sounds... also the jacuzzi is crammed on a very small balcony going out to this street, not really a value added.

Amazing apartment, wonderful resort facilities and great host!

Pros: The place is very spacious and clean while the entire hotel atmosphere is lively and entertaining with exceptional service. We had the best stay and will definitely return again!
