Great location for JBR or Marina
Pros: Fantastic location with access to a supermarket 50m away, great access to JBR and also the marina. Large lounge space and bedroom. Nice seating area on balcony and kitchen is great size or the apartment.
Cons: En Suite needs a bit of upgrading but doesn't take away from the experience or the high standard of the apartment.

Pros: Good location, marina view, nice and spacy apartment. I had a problem with water, a technicial came really fast and fixed the problem. I recommend this apartment for vacation stays
Cons: The A/C worked too good, and it was cold inside when i came, byt I just switched it off and I had no problems then

Pros: The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It’s clean and has everything to make your stay pleasant. The bed is comfortable and did not cause any problems. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The view from the window is great. The windows are not directed towards the sea (as many people like). But the view of the channel is very good - the panorama is large and wonderful.
Cons: It would be great to provide more towels. We were given two big ones and a single small one. So we had all of them in the bathroom and didn’t have any in the kitchen and in the guest restroom. We didn’t hear any noise from the neighbors, so the property is quiet. Though the sound from the street is audible, especially the sirens and car horns. However it seems to be a problem for the whole city, not just this single building (they usually do not install heavy windows and balcony doors that provide good sound isolation).

Pros: Идеальный климат контроль помещения, удобное спальное место, прекрасный вид на Марину. Квартира оборудована всем необходимым, идеальная для доступность к всем знаковым местам.
Cons: Надо принять, что это номерной фонд который постоянно сдаётся, но по соотношению цены и качества проживания, идеален!

Excellnet location, comfortable apartment, great rate!
Pros: The apartment was spacious. Super comfortable couch. The big TV was great and with addition of the sound bar and woofer watching movies and listening to music was a great experience. Even with all the construction near the building the location was excellent. Quick access the JBR Walk and all of its restaurants and the beach. The shower had great water pressure and was a pleasure to bathe in.
Cons: The apt had a slight moldy smell when I arrived but it quickly dissipated when I opened the balcony door for a few hours. This is being a little nit-picky but the grout for tiles in the bathroom in the shower were brown. I hope something can be done about that. I feel like the 600AED deposit was a surprise. I thought it was a joke at first or even a scam. With all the emails and text messages that were sent I feel that there could have been a reminder before I arrived that this was the case. I’m sure I missed it buried in the all the rules but still a reminder would have been nice….before arrival. Overall my visit was wonderful. The location was excellent and the apartment was very comfortable.
