Pros: Hillary was very friendly and responsive. Location is great.

Cons: While I scored 10 for the property, the front desk needs to be more cooperative.

Pros: Location was excellent. We stayed with our 4 children and everything we needed was in reach.

Cons: The lack of sunshine at the pool on the 3rd floor. Still enjoyed it though.

Content with the location and quality of service.

Pros: Accomodating host, Hillary was very responsive and supported with everything, including checking in, parking card and availability on whatsapp for help. Wifi is good speed, including for conference calls, and the location is very conveniently located to both business areas and tourist areas.

Cons: I think guests would benefit from a more detailed description on Booking of how to arrive at the specific property building and the parking. Luckily, their team is very responsive and helped with orientation.

Pros: The apartment is very clean, it has a great view on Burj Kalifa, from the balcony we watched the fountain light shows and in just a few minutes we reached Dubai Mall. A very good communication with the host and easy check in procedure (a person waited for us, despite the fact that our flight arrived quite late)

Beautiful, comfortable and with great view of Burj Khalifa

Pros: It is very clean and comfortable with a great view of Burj Khalifa and walking distance to Dubai Mall. You can watch the fountain light shows from the balcony. This is a 3-bedrooms apartment. However, 1 of the rooms has a bunk bed with no windows.

Cons: None.
