Stylish Space with Balcony Facing The Marina!

Pros: The location is fantastic for exploring JBR, the marina and beach area, ( all discoverable on foot). Beautiful views from the baliconies.

Cons: The following points did not spoil our stay and we will stay here again, but these are recommended points to make every guests stay far more comfortable…. 1. We were a party of 4 - unfortunately there was only 2 chairs and 1 small table on the commu Al balcony. More outside furniture required for all balconies plus facilities for 4 people on the communal balcony. 2. None of the outside lights worked. 3. Cutlery missing. 4. Glasses missing. 5. Igniter for gas oven required. 6. Plugs in kitchen sinks don’t work. 7. Unable to use the standard lamp in lounge because it was a USA fitting plug. 8. Not enough coat hangers for 4 people. 9. Bigger chopping board required. 10. Bread knife missing. 11. No egg cups. 12. Tea towel and oven gloves. 13. Table mats and coasters. 14. Plastic food containers. 15. Appliance instructions. 16. Battery for clock. 17. Washing up bowl (if can’t get plugs for sinks).

Great location and good communication from the host

Pros: Great location. Good communication from the host. Good mini market downstairs and they deliver to the room. Great view from the balcony. Lots of space.

Cons: the bath was blocked in the main bathroom. I couldn't get the gas stove to work. The polyester sheets.

Most amazing apartment on the marina

Pros: A beautiful apartment with breathtaking views and balconies off of each room .. the best apartment on the marina with most tasteful decor and facilities.

I definitely recommend to stay in this apartment.

Pros: Overall, our stay was wonderful. The location is perfect, the building has non-stop security at the reception. The apartment is large enough and has two bathrooms and another separate toilet, it has three balconies with a wonderful view of the Marina. The equipment of the apartment is satisfactory, it has enough storage space, the kitchen could use a pan and a few more pots, but we made it with what was there. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely consider staying in this apartment again on our next visit to Dubai.

Cons: The corner balcony was quite dusty, which is due to the nearby building construction. The apartment is not soundproofed and since Dubai is a busy city, it is understandable that the noise from the street could be heard even at night. Our contact Mohammad did not communicate enough, but the customer service that I contacted through booking was very fast and we arranged everything very quickly - thank you!

Piękny widok i super mieszkanie jednak gospodarz pozostawił niesmak

Pros: Czystość, komfort, przepiękny widok na marinę. Gospodarz pozwolił nam zameldować się wcześniej co było bardzo wygodne.

Cons: Gospodarz skontrolował każdy kąt, przyczepiając się do drobnych zabrudzeń, jak lekko przybrudzony ręcznik do nóg oraz delikatny ślad po tatuażu z henny na ręczniku do ciała. Zmuszono mnie do ręcznego prania ręcznika, aby udowodnić, że plama schodzi. Ponadto ostentacyjnie włączono pralkę, aby sprawdzić, czy nie została uszkodzona, co wywołało niepotrzebne napięcie.

Traumhafte Aussicht direkt auf die Marina

Pros: Die Lage der Unterkunft war einmalig. Von unserer Haustür aus waren es nur 2 Min bis zur Dubai Marina und der Blick von allen 3 Balkonen im 22. Stock war atemberaubend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war zudem einfach, schnell und zuverlässig. Jederzeit wieder!

Pros: The view - one of the best in Marina The corner balcony The position, close to the beach, tram station, restaurants, pharmacies, markets nearby Fully equipped to cover all the necesities ( ironing, coffee, washing machine ) Thanks to Waseem, who came on time for the check-out and the return of the deposit was on the spot.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Pros: Great location for us. Easy access to taxis, restaurants and supermarket. Very clean and quiet as well. We loved it.

Pros: La vue sur la Marina est vraiment très belle. L appartement est grand et très agréable à vivre. Nous avons eu affaire à Waseem qui s'est montré très accueillant et très opérationnel. Merci à lui.

Cons: Dubaï est une ville qui vit 24h/24 et le secteur est un peu bruyant.

Great place to stay in Marina

Pros: great central location in marina. excellent check in process from Mohamed Masri. really nice apartment with a great view and lovely facilities. best value I've seen in Dubai too.
