We liked everything and we recommend these apartments for a large group of people

Pros: The owner and manager of the apartment were always in touch, sent detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. Showed care and friendliness for guests. Answered all our requests promptly and politely. The apartment fully met expectations, everything corresponds to the description on booking. There were 10 of us and we comfortably settled in five bedrooms. There were also enough showers and bathrooms for everyone. The apartment has a kitchen equipped with everything you need. Wi-Fi in the apartment works well. Each room has TVs and air conditioners. The location of the apartment is excellent, there are grocery stores nearby, a tram line, and a metro nearby. In addition, the beach and many places where you can eat deliciously are nearby. We stayed here for five nights, we liked everything, many thanks for the hospitality to the owner and manager

Pros: Lovely accommodation, clean and very spacious for our group of 11 people. Beautiful views of Dubai Marina, very close to the beach area, many pools easy to access and not crowded at all. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy to access the public transportation. We really enjoyed our stay and looking to come back one day.

I will recommend the property to my friends, family and another persons.

Pros: This property was just renovated. Everything was super clean and had high standards. The property is very suitable for a large group. Every room has a smart TV the apartment has High speed internet and has a very well eqquppied kitchen. It is in best location of JBR and specially for a large group very convenient and low cost. Everything is near. Many super markets, beach, Marina, Tram station, many pools in the community. The owner, Schahin, is very responsive and helpful and just a message away. We had an amazing stay and for our next visit, this property will be our choice and will recommend it also to our friends and family. Thanks again for the great hospitality

Pros: We were a large group and stayed in this beautiful property. It is very large and spacious and perfect for a large group like ours. It is located in best location of JBR. Everything is super near. Beach, Marina, Super Markets, Blue water island, bars, restaurants. We had an amazing. The owner is really helpful and professional. The apartment is very well equipped, Smart TVs in every room, very fast internet and perfectly equipped kitchen. We will for sure return back.

Cons: It was very hot in Dubai, but luckily beach is not far :-)

Pros: We stayed in this apartment as a friends group. Really convenient prices comparing what you get. Walking distance to the beach. A lot of options for shopping and restaurants . From fast food to fine dinning. Tram station is just downstairs, it will bring you to the metro in 5 min and you can go to downtown enjoy your time in Dubai mall and come back avoiding the traffic. Clean apartment, host was always available whenever we needed and this made our stay fantastic! Thank you. We will definitely come back!
