Pros: The property was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was excellent with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and supermarkets. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing major to dislike. Everything was well managed and comfortable. If anything, I would have loved to stay a little longer!

The comfort of a large flat, the pleasant service of a hotel

Pros: We had a very nice stay. The best part was the service. Dominique and Momen were amazing with my family. They were always kind, friendly, and ready to help. They always had a big smile and made us feel welcome every day. They were always available when we needed something. If we had a question or a request, they helped us very quickly. They made everything easy and comfortable for us. Because of Dominique and Momen, our stay was very special. They made the experience great for my family. We are very thankful for their kindness and excellent service.

Pros: The unit and location was rightly placed. The stay was comfortable for us as a family. Domenic and the other staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons: The shower door is hard to open from inside. The door handle makes it even harder to pull open. Potential hazard for being stuck inside especially for solo travelers or with bathroom door locked. Would be easier if the handle was the other way around. No complaints on the rest. Was superb.

Great place, in a significant building with a good location.

Pros: Excellent location, 15 minutes from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Great layout, spacious enough for the two of us. The bed mattress, pillows and blanket were wonderful, we slept very well. Large, sunny balcony with a great view of the central part of the building where we ate our homemade breakfast. Everything you need in the kitchen. A great oasis on the roof of the building, the water in the pool was warm and we could sunbathe in the morning after swimming. They turned on the sauna for us upon request. There is a gym. A great bonus is the shops / cafe at the bottom of the building, which are open 24 hours a day. Fresh food, coffee and snacks are available at any time, both for eating on site and for taking away and cooking in the apartments.

Cons: There was no place to dry towels and clothes after washing. The balcony required a place to dry laundry. There were no paper towels for wiping hands and dishes. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. One day (during a week's stay) the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Communication with the accommodation about additional options in the city could be better.

Pros: This is our third year living here, and every time we visit Dubai, we will stay here A comfortable, beautiful, and clean place. The staff are quick to respond, and it's a 5-minute walk from Dubai Mall. Haitham, in particular, is a very kind, respectful, and helpful man.
