RH- Modern Comfort & bright 1BR near Dubai Mall

Pros: good appartment, normal size for Dubai, Kitchen suficient equipped. Friendly Welcome by the manager Gizelle. She was flexible with an early check in at 1100 am, we arrived at 060 am and where very tired so we where happy to bet in earlier.

Cons: Carpets and a few part of the interiour used, maybe not more than average but we have seen better in Dubai. Way to get to the apparment with additional contract so be signed via email not convinient. The Check in/out time windows as given in the description are fairly short, with a flight ariving at 0600 am or 1200 pm its hard.

OK as before

Pros: Fortunately this time around I wasn't requested to pay a deposit before checking in. Last time I paid 2000 Dhs and it took 1 month for the agency to refund it. The quietness and location and swimming pool were excellent.

Cons: The Iron was broken and it took 24 hours to replace. Rusty water from the broken iron nearly ruined my wife's white colored shirt. Also no luggage room and no reception. We checked ourselves in. No earlier than 3 pm. And check out had to be EXACTLY 11am.

Excellent apartment

Pros: I have stayed at RP heights several times before. Excellent view, good facilities, toaster, microwave, washing machine and dryer, refrigerator, nice terrace, clean apartment, automatic doors, excellent heated pool and complete gym. Fast and smooth elevatots

Cons: The mandatory deposit fee of 1000 Dhs. This has STILL not been returned 2 weeks after check out. This gives the apartment a bad reputation.. Tax refund was provided by the government after 4 days, but we have yet to receive our deposit. Also the lobbyman, even though they are present 24 hrs a day, are not allowed to accept packages or mail on behalf of the tenant. We had ordered several items from Amazon and had difficulty receiving them because we had to be present there in order to accept the packages, and their timing was never precise, so we had to stay in for hours on end waiting so as not to miss our items It would be nice to have some electrical outlet converters as well (European to Dubai, etc...)

Séjour idéal

Pros: Le logement était impeccable, emplacement parfait, neuf et tout était propre. J’ai passé un séjour de rêve dans cet établissement.

Cons: Rien tout était parfait
