TRPS - Binghatti Lavender

Loved the communication from TRPS.

Pros: The Trps staff were very responsive and were able to help us out whenever we had an issue. The apartment is gorgeous and was brand new. We even had to unwrap equipment and peel labels off. The location suited us as our daughter lives in the building but Jvc is a bit far out if you're a tourist.

Cons: We stayed in 3 apartments in this building, including our daughter's, and we decided Binghati lavender seems to have been built roughly and not to the standards we'd expect in Australia. Here's a few examples: - there are not enough power outlets in the apartments, so you need to use power boards for the appliances, one of which caught on fire in our apartment. - smoke alarms are located so close to the stove that alarms go off in the building, constantly, like 5 times a day, and everyone ignores them. That's a terrifying thought! - and if there is a fire, the extinguisher and fire blanket are hidden in cupboards, rather than mounted on the wall. - the water pressure is inconstant, there is little space for storage if you're living there, etc, etc.
