Deluxe 1 Bedroom Apartment - Elite Residence Dubai Marina - Sea View

Comfortable, clean and with all the amenities.

Pros: The apartment is nicer than what you see in the pictures, it's roomy and well configured and has all the accessories you need for a short stay. Absolutely no complaints and we had a very nice stay.

Great stay & location

Pros: Property was a lovely modern space, a lot bigger than what it looks like in the photos.

Cons: The balcony is a lot smaller than what we thought in the photos. Would be good if the reception offered wifi, as tourists we struggled with ordering taxis. Lots of building work currently going on in the area and the traffic is also quite bad, so just allow enough time when getting to and from places.

Pros: The apartment has everything what one could wish for, it is spacious and there is a breathtaking view to the sea directly overlooking the Palm and Emaar Beachfront. The location is perfect, public transport is literally just steps away, so as the supermarket and the pharmacy. The host is very helpful and friendly. This place is definitely outstanding.

Gemstone at the Marina

Pros: Very well-equipped, spacious apartment at the Marina, near Dubai Harbour, amazing view to EMAAR Beachfront and to the Palm. Supermarket and tram is just steps away from the building.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious , clean, and the large king-sized bed also very comfortable . The building and facilities we used were good and the staff approachable and friendly. Air- con worked well. We ate food delivered from the attached \

Cons: If it was my place, I would certainly have drapes or blinds in the bedroom that shut out the light, These didn't .

Pros: Cozy apartment, friendly and professional management

A cozy apartment with a lot of space

Pros: A cozy apartment with a lot of space, in which you can find many additional but necessary things during your stay.

Awesome value for money accommodation!

Pros: The building is located in the heart of Dubai Marina neighborhood, very close to a main tram station which can be used to reach several destinations around the area, including access to the metro station (nearest one is Sobha). There is a Carrefour store at the ground floor of the building, as well as other markets around the area. Restaurants are available as well, you have the Dubai Marina Walk nearby and access to the bay area. Easy to reach Palm Jumeriah monorail (2 tram stations away), as well the harbor for boat trips. The apartment is at the 50th floor, there are ~10 elevators to get there, there is a pool in the building at 5th floor (in-doors and outdoors: the water is HEATED, so you can use them anytime!). Early check-in can be asked for in advance (we were granted an early check-in of 1h). Overall, the property delivers as advertised and we had a great time! Javier is super attentive and caring for the customer's needs!
