Niche apartment along with perfect location for someone to pay a short visit to Dubai.

Pros: Well, apartment was very well maintained & all necessary amenities were provided. It was not a Hotel but, nothing less than a Hotel when it comes to cleanliness / location / view from apartment / amenities provided, not to forget, communication before arrival / during the stay & close to check-out was great.

Cons: For someone like me who prefers a balcony, well disappointed as there is NO balcony instead window panes which can be open for fresh air.
