Stunning 1-Bedroom in The Polo Residence

The location is far from metro station, but it's good

Pros: Home stay feel, one can cook if they feel like, full functioing kitchen.

Cons: 1.It's far from metro station or stop, so you need to travel by taxi 15-20 mints to business bay station. Even more in rush hrs, quite costly. 2.Water heater for bath can make water just warm not hot enough. It's a month of Jan end and thre is quite cold outside. 3.They should provide small coffee and sugar sachet for the guests at least for 1 day.

Pros: it was very clean and just as described on the listing, the communication was a bit difficult but nothing i can’t manage, it’s a self check in system with a code so we checked in with ease and no fuss at all

Cons: the communication was difficult and you don’t receive apartment number and check in time till the night before check in

Really enjoyed the facility in a very good neighborhood and easily accessible to various parts of Dubai.

Pros: Location is very nice and the apartment is well stocked for daily use.

Cons: Could use a bit of renovation and maintenance.

Excellent

Pros: The location is excellent, and the host is very accommodating. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and hygienic.
