Exceptional and Homely. Highly recommended

Pros: Thoughtful owner and responsive property manager - Mr. Abdallah. THANK YOU :D. Homely and fully furnished kitchen with accessories and appliances to cook and dine and laundry cleaning and drying with detergents, towels tissues etc.. better than hotel apartments.. Walking distance to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa via Souk Al Bahar Mall. Nearby supermarket at ground level (next building)

Cons: Carpark not accessible by 11/12 seater minivan (hiace van) - height limit... But property manager managed to help us to unload closer to apartment. If by normal 7 seater..the carpark height limit should be ok. Not a big issue since we came as group with enough manpower to push luggages

Great location and a very cosy experience..

Pros: Amazing host, very good communication. Location was ideal. The underground parking was perfect

Cons: Some of the appliances need upgrades like the kettle, iron and iron stand, toaster . Major appliances were perfect. This was not something that spoiled the vacation but an upgrade would really help

Pros: الموقع ممتاز قريب من دبي مول ومطاعم وكوفيهات كلها نوصلها مشي ايضا الشقه كل شي متوفر فيها

Cons: مافيه خدمة نظافه مجانيه تنظيف الشقه بمبلغ المرتبه اللي تتحول لسرير موب مريحه ابدوالوسائد اللي معها متهالكه وايضا اللحاف متهالك

Pros: Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch. Burj Khalifa und Dubai mall sind wirklich 5 min Fußweg entfernt. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist sehr gut.
