Pros: What I liked most was location in Dubai Marina but in penisula with view on Atlantis hotel and palm. Apartment located in elevetion not too high and not too low. Building with swimming pool and access to beach. Now because this area is under construction there are not many people. Very helpful staff.

Cons: This apartment is perfect for 2, max 3 people. I do not recomend it for 4 because there is not pull-out couch but additional foldable travel bed. Area is under construction so You need to be prepared that work is going on 24h and there is no public transport.
