Elite Royal Apartment - Panoramic with Burj Khalifa & Full Fountain View - High Floor - Patron

Overall, it was a perfect experience and this apartment made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Elite Royal Apartment Dubai. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for cooking. The view was absolutely amazing – full view of Burj Khalifa and the fountain, both day and night. Truly unforgettable! A special mention to Aldrin, the manager – he was always available, very kind, and handled everything quickly and professionally. Aldrin helped us with the check-in and was incredibly friendly and responsive.

Pros: The location and ease of access definitely. Lorena and Grace were very helpful and attended to all the enquirers straight away.

Cons: Everyday clean was just for garbage collection. They did Change of towels and a proper clean only once during a 9 day stay. Towels needed to be changed more frequently. No cleaning products were provided for the washing machine. The shakshuka in arabic breakfast was terrible.

Nu m-aș mai întoarce niciodată la acel apartament!

Pros: Apartamentul este foarte frumos cu un view foarte frumos către burjkhalifa și către fântână! Este foarte aproape de Dubai Mall! Personalul destul de drăguț doar ca se schimbau în ture și nu prea comunicau între ei ! Am dat nota 9 strict pt amplasare view și apartament ca este utilat cu tot ce trebuie ,in rest serviciile sunt slăbuțe datorită oamenilor care se ocupă de apartament!

Cons: Nu mi-a plăcut micul dejun deoarece ți-l aduce la pachet până vine cu el este rece! Eu l-aș scoate din prețul apartamentului dacă ar fi după mine! Nu mi-a plăcut ca am stat 5 zile și nu a venit nimeni să facă curat să ducă din resturile de la micul dejun din care rămânea aproape tot! Nu mi-a plăcut ca nu ni s-au schimbat prosoapele în cele 5 zile deloc deși am cerut asta în ziua 3 și mi-a răspuns seara târziu ca era altcineva în ziua respectivă la muncă! Întrucât a trebuit să eliberăm apartamentul la ora 11:00 am ajuns jos la partea de recepție si acolo nu mi-a plăcut domnul de la recepție era un domn de culoare foarte arogant pe care l-am întrebat dacă avem unde să lăsăm bagajele până la ora 14-15 într-o cameră da bagaje și ne-a răspuns foarte arogant ca nu și ca el nu își asuma răspunderea dacă se întâmplă ceva cu bagajele noastre Am lăsat și 2 poze de la micul dejun!

Reynan was great. Got us checked in on time and answered all our questions. Overall we had a great time.

Cons: Gdybym nawet szukał minusów nie ma do czego się doczepić.

Molto professionale Obradon Sairen che ci ha dato unaccoglienza perfetta.

Pros: abbondante ed arriva all'orario preciso in appartamento.

Cons: mancano i portasaponi sui lavandini.
