I liked it so much that I already want to go back
Pros: Mrs. Nádia, the owner, was not there, but she gave me all the assistance I needed to check in. There is a lady who takes care of the house, she is very friendly.
Cons: I was 10 minutes away from Kite Beach. Just one observation: The water from the shower was backing up and this kept the bathroom always wet. And the air conditioning was not enough to keep the room at a good temperature for sleeping.

Perfect place to stay, close to the beach, nicest host, cutest dog, a lot of restaurants and cafes around,
Pros: Well the best experience in Dubai so far! Perfect location (10 min by foot to the beach), the most comfortable bed ever (wanna take it home!), absolutely wonderful room temperature without ac in the winter (beginning of March) due to open windows (with mosquitoes nets of course), huge room with my own bathroom (I was given to choose between 2 rooms), my dear friend Papita - cutest and cleverest dog, and Dani - the spirit and soul of the house, a very nice and kind lady who helped with any request, thank you a lot! There was also a swimming pool, but who needs a pool, if you have the sea? :)

Close to the beach
Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable and the location was great, close to Kite Beach.
Cons: The offer said Apartment but in fact it was an en suite room inside a house.

Ruime kamer in mooie vakantievilla op loopafstand van Jumeirah Beach en haven.
Pros: Mooie vakantievilla nabij Jumeirah Beach met ruime, comfortabele kamers, eigen badkamer en prima uitzicht. Grote, groene tuin met mooie zitjes en een zwembad. Voor de gastvrouw was niets teveel. Ze maakte me wegwijs in de omgeving, gaf me een lift naar de winkels en zorgde voor heerlijke cappuccino's en we hadden gezellige gesprekjes. De volgende keer ga ik er zeker weer logeren.
Cons: Taxichauffeurs hadden soms moeite het adres te vinden, hoewel de villa goed zichtbaar en voorzien van huisnummer is.

Villa partagée près de la plage pour une location courte durée
Pros: L'emplacement était parfait à Jumeirah! à 10 min à pied de Kite Beach et du running track Des bonnes adresses pour le breakfast/brunch 10 min en taxi La chambre est spacieuse, lumineuse et fonctionnelle. La connexion wifi fonctionne très bien (comme je fais du télétravail) Dans la chambre il y a une bouilloire, un coin bureau, un mini frigo Salle de bain propre. Cons: La douche est vraiment petite..Il y a juste un rideau en plastique..Compliqué de ne pas mettre de l'eau partout A noter que la salle de bain n'est pas privative. Elle est partagée avec la femme de ménage.. ce qui n'est pas trop gênant mais c'est à prendre en considération. Pas pu utiliser le mini frigo dans la chambre, il sentait trop mauvais.. Je savais que la cuisine est partagée.. Du coup, je n'étais pas vraiment à l'aise pour cuisiner.. je mangeais dehors ou à emporter (comme le frigo était full de tte façon) Il n y a pas d'AC dans la chambre. C'est l'hiver en ce moment, pas besoin mais si vous louez la chambre en plein été ça risque d'être compliqué. Globalement, il s'agit d'un bon logement à partager dans une localisation parfaite à Dubai si vous voulez être proche de la plage et dans un endroit calme. Mais, je trouve le prix excessif pour une villa partagée (près de 100€/nuit). A ce prix là j'ai pu trouver un appt privé mais dans un autre quartier comme je fais une location longue durée

Pros: Вилла находится в прекрасном тихом месте в 10 минутах пешком от пляжа кайт бич, заранее списались с хозяином, двери на виллу были не заперты. Надя меня прекрасно встретила с приветственным комплиментом (сок, печенье), все показала. Комната была на 1 этаже у входа, в комнате было все необходимое как в номере отеля (фен, гладильная доска, холодильник, чайник, телевизор, тапочки, халат, бумага, зубная щетка и паста, гель для душа, мыло для рук, несколько бутылочек воды, чай, полотенца) . В комнате был собственный сан.узел и ванна, все фото соответствуют реальности. Надя и ее собака очень дружелюбны и гостеприимны, Надя всегда готова прийти на помощь и старается чтобы отдых был комфортный, вилла 2 этажа, большая кухня, стиральная машина, бассейн с лежаками на территории, с другими жильцами практически не пересекались и не слышала, Это было лучшее проживание в Дубаи, ранее всегда жила на Дубай Марине. Рекомендую и вернусь снова.
Cons: Проблемы с горячей водой, ее практически нет, или она плохо нагревается. Кровать немного скрипит, матрас был неудобный, но Надя мне дала топпер на матрас.
