The flat is very well located, 1 km from the Burj Khalifa and the mall.
Pros: Very spacious flat, it has everything you need on site. The bed is very comfortable and the owner kindly provides earplugs and a sleep mask, as you are in the city centre and there is traffic noise. Thanks to her, we slept very well. Thank you very much.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, and comfort. Excellent apartment. Our stay there was great.
Cons: In the living room, the windows do not have blackout curtains, allowing natural light to enter early in the morning. Although the owner provided sleep masks to help with this, guests who slept on the sofa bed ended up not feeling very comfortable in this regard. I recommend, if possible, installing a curtain similar to the one in the bedroom at living room to resolve this issue.

Pros: Lovely, comfort, well furnished and clean, place with amazing location less than 30 mins walk from Burj Kalifa. There were coffee capsules, milk and water provided. Nice balcony with a canal view. It was very comfort and wide apartment. All you need was provided and you feel home. All my friends were very happy with it. Also there is 24/7 supermarket just 1 min wall from the building. I highly recommend it, and would love to stay in it again.
Cons: The only disadvantage, if I could say so, is that the mattress of the sofa bad in the living area is quite thin and you feel the wires under you while sleeping. Also there are no black-out curtains in the living area, but host has provided a sleeping mask to overcome it.

Pros: Walking distance to the center, close to supermarket, a 24h mini market-Cafe is at the entrance of the building, the housekeeper responds very quickly, enough space for a family of 4,two toilets

Pros: Beautiful apartment centrally located. Clean with all the essentials. Magnificent view. 20min walk from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Mini market and local coffe shop around the corner for the essentials in excellent prices. Bigger supermarkets 5min walk. Construction going on next door weekdays 7-20ish. Earplugs provided but we weren't bothered at all. Not even our children 4 and 7 years old. Even sleeping masks provided for those sleeping in the sofa (no sunblocking curtains in the kitchen). Weren't used but nice gesture. Value for money considering the situation in Dubai. Warmly recommended!

Pleasant and outstanding property. Awesome and memorable stay.
Pros: Location was good, not too far from the center of attractions. Room size is fairly good for a family with two kids. Enjoyed the great lake view from the balcony.
Cons: Check-in was a hassle and it took for ever as the reception staff not had our details upon arrival. We waited more than half an hour as the reception staff contacted the property owners/administers through emails. We booked this property for four adults and found the room size is not adequate enough for all of us. Loud noise in early mornings due to ongoing construction beside the property.

Pros: Good location and consierge/security staff is very helpful and nice. The apartments interior ans amenities are great.
Cons: A bit too hard mattresses for our liking and if you plan to sit in the apartment and not explore the city the construction might be a bit annoyinf. But since we were out most of the time it didn't bother us

Pros: The property was situated in the downtown near canal and it had a mesmerising view from the balcony , the washrooms were very clean the apartment had all the facilities anyone would look for in an apartment.
Cons: There’s nothing about the property that one wouldn’t like
