Elite Royal Apartment - Full Burj Khalifa & Fountain View - Luxurious - Viceroy

Pros: I like the serive that the manager 'Reynan' gave us for our comfortable stay. And the residence has the best view from Burj Khalifa! You do not need to hesitate where should stay in Dubai! It is the perfect choice to stay with family:) there are lots of restaurants nearby, the facilities are good enough with swimming pool and the gym!!

Cons: One thing I could mention about the disappointing point is the transportation like metro and buses are difficult to use. The accessibility are not good enough. You need to walk almost 30min to take them.

Pros: The apartment was absolutely perfect — very clean, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The location is unbeatable, directly facing Burj Khalifa with an amazing fountain view. Everything was well organized, check-in was smooth, and the stay exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Grace, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always responsive on the phone. She truly made our stay easy and pleasant.

Cons: The only small note was that the receptionist downstairs was not very welcoming and her attitude was uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Pros: The balcony overlooking the magnificent Burj is a sight for sore eyes. The apartment is impeccably clean and looked every inch elite, just like the name of the rental. The service was top notch. We had booked only the breakfast and they checked with us the day before asking for our preferences and tailored the tray accordingly. Food was fresh and aromatic. Every need/request of ours was met with. There was one Mr. Reynan, quite amiable, always available to answer our queries and he ensured we had a pleasant stay. We felt very much at home in the apartment.

Cons: It was unfortunate, at the time of our visit the fountain was under maintenance. Other than that we were happy.

Perfect downtown location with beautiful views of the Burj

Pros: Great location with great views of the Burj Khalifah, especially from the swimming pool. The service was great and there shops nearby for things like snacks and even a boots. It also comes with a parking space. The team were also great as was the breakfast. You also 30% discount on the food from the elite cafe.

Cons: The wallpaper in the main living room could do with a refresh.

Cons: Only negative was the fountain was being upgraded and not working for 2 months and was not informed of works.

Great overnight with a view

Pros: Location, view, very helpful and nice staff (especially Mr. Darwin in person and Mr. Ed over the phone), great breakfast

Cons: A bit noisy generator (probably) at the ground level, but ok if doors/windows closed. We stayed on the 6th floor ...

We were taking a couple of nights break on our way to UK from Australia and this apartment was ideal for our needs

Pros: The property was better than expected and the views are totally magnificent of the fountain and the Burj Khalifa. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of good facilities. The included breakfasts were generous and beautifully fresh. There was a wait before we could access the apartment because we came in on a very early flight and Darwin and his staff made us comfortable while we waited and reassured us he would do everything he could - we cannot speak more highly of him.

Pros: Krasny byt, zarizeny jako na fotkach. Vyhled uzasny, fontana ma vecer show kazdych 30 minut a divate se z balkonu. Snidani si objednate na smluveny cas, je bud arabska anebo kontinentalni. K dispozici bazen, posilovna, recepce 24/7. O nas se staral pan Reynan, perfektni komunikace po whatsappu, vzdy hned odpovedel, vse zaridil. Pri odjezdu si muzete uschovat kufry.

Pros: Clean and view is excellent Cherry is very helpful

Cons: Breakfast menu is limited

Pros: Excellent petit dejeuner avec 2 menus. Livré a l'heure qu'on souhaite. Encore tout chaud et tout frais.
