Dubai Mall Direct Connection Apartment - Burj Vista

Pros: Apartment 2303 - Tower 1. Excellent location (8 mins to Dubai Mall via an air conditioned walkway from the 2nd floor of the building) - a grocery store literally 2 mins away from the main entrance and a restaurant on either side of the apartment block. It is a well equipped apartment stocked up with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. There’s a folder in the living room with useful information about all the facilities around the apartment which I found very useful. A big shout out to Ali who oversaw my check in / check out and provided assistance during my stay. He’s friendly, prompt, helpful and went out of his way to explain everything to my elderly parents and make them comfortable.

Cons: The only thing that I can think of is that there weren’t any luggage racks in the apartment. Barring this everything else was perfect.

Pros: The host have thought about everything, very well organised. Very clean apparent, I loved the air-conditioned direct connection Bridge to Dubai Mall and the Metro. Nice Caffès and Restaurant next door to the building. I have enjoyed it. Thanks

اقامة ممتازه ومريحة .. لابد التنويه انها مجرد شقة بمعنى لن يتم توفير فوط اضافية او تغييرها ولا يمكن طلب سرير اضافي

Pros: الشقة بمساحات مناسبه/نظيفة/الاثاث بحالة ممتازه/الاطلاله جيده/الامان عالي/واي فاي مجاني/الاجهزه بحاله جيدة (شاشة ذكيه،ثلاجه،فرن،مايكرويف، غلاية،غسالة صحون،غسالة،مكواة،الة القهوة،توستر)- ادوات المطبخ والاواني كامله تقريبا- قريبة من سوبرماركت/ امكانية الوصول لدبي مول: على بعد 5-10 دقائق سيرا على الاقدام من خلال جسر المترو المكيف بممرات متحركه والدخول باستخدام بطاقات مرور خاصه بالسكان

Cons: عدم توفير بطاقات دخول كافيه (فقط2) اقفال ابواب الغرف الداخليه تحتاج صيانه عدد الافياش قليل وبعض الافياش لاتعمل. لاتوجد آليه للتخلص من اكياس القمامة عدم امكانية تأخير وقت المغادرة (late check out) عدم امكانية ترك الامتعة في الاستقبال حتى وقت المغادرة للمطار. عدم وجود قنوات فضائيه

Pros: الشقة جداً راقيه و نظيفه و اثاثها نظيف و تعامل الأخ كمال جداً راقي و متعاون ، البرج فيه جسر يوصل لدبي مول و المترو .

Pros: على شارع البوليفارد قريبه من دبي مول وقريب منها سوبرماركت، الشقه نظيفه وسعرها ممتاز

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het appartement, mooi, groot, schoon en het ligt centraal

Pros: locatie was prima, ook makkelijk dat er een supermarkt naast de deur aanwezig is

Pros: 위치 조았고 숙소도 맘에 들었다.교통편도 좋다 직원도 친절하다. 주방 및 시설도 좋다. 디파짓 이 있어서 조금은 불편 했으나? 환불에 문제가 있었다.

Cons: 디파짓을 카드로 결제 취소후 환불을 까다롭게 한다. 은행 스위프트 코드며 일반인인 내가 알수 없는 것들을 요구하여 매우 복잡하다. @추가로 환불시 우리가 시트에 문제를 만들지도 않았는데 얼룩이 있다며 디파짓에에서 무려 300디람(114.000원)을 공제하고 보냈다. 우린 성인 여성 들이라 결코 시트에 무얼 묻이거나 망가트리지 않는 주부 들이다. 참고로 생리 하는 사람도 없다. 차라리 청소비로 돈을 요구 한다던지? 팁을 요구 하는편이 더 적절할것 같다. 이런 부당한 처우는 매우 불편을 초래한다. 숙소에 대한 조은감정 이 디파짓 문제 모든게 다 나빠졌다. 체크인시 꼼꼼이 체크 했으며 체크아웃시 직원이 와서 온집안을 이잡듯이 점검 하고선 문제 없노라 오케이를 하고선 2~3일 후 환불시 디파짓 공제는 이해 할수 없는 처사로 매우 불쾌 하다.
