Pros: The apartment was fully equipped to host a family. The view was amazing. The place was spacious, neat and clean. The location was really convenient.

Cons: The construction that was taking place right in front of the balcony.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely return soon .

Pros: The location was just fantastic. You could just sit in the balcony and watch part of the water fountains and the Burj Khalifa lighting. The apartment was spotless clean and very spacious. The area is buzzing with restaurants open till 3 in the morning and 24 hour supermarkets all in walking distance.

Cons: The host , Shrabon is an excellent gentleman and would highly recommend anyone visiting Dubai and wanting to book an apartment to give this place a priority.

Ideal conditions for a high quality stay

Pros: The apartment is located on the road that surrounds the main tourist attractions in the city center (Burj Khalifa, Dubai mall, Dubai fountains, Dubai opera), which can be accessed very quickly by an easy walk. In addition, from the height of the 22nd floor, it benefits from an impressive and unobstructed view of the Burj Khalifa building, being able to quietly admire this unique building from the balcony. The location also benefits from an outdoor swimming pool with warm water, approximately 20 meters long, located on the 7th floor, with a lifeguard. The host was always interested in ensuring a pleasant stay and provided all the details to the questions. Access to the apartment was very easy. The apartment is well-kept, clean, fully equipped and modern.

Cons: I have not identified any negative aspects.

Burj Khalifa view & Super Host who makes the time in Dubai feels like a home away from home

Pros: Very responsible, very caring, beautiful view of Burj Khalifa and the fountain area. all amenities are there, for a home away from home.

Cons: Due to some confusion, the host was not available till very late and it caused a very big delay in check-in, however, he took full responsibility for the matter and did his absolute best to make the rest of the time as smooth as possible.
