Phenomenal 1BR in Marina Gate 2

Great property with great host Waseem from Richstay Holiday Homes. Made my family and I feel very welcome and comfortabl

Pros: Modern property with great facilities and prime location at the Dubai Marina.

Cons: N/A

Pros: The only thing that disappointed me was the extra fee for late check in and I paid 100€ for it as for me it was very expensive everything else was good 👍 The view was great everything worked I liked it

Would go back and use this place again on my next trip

Pros: Nice apartment with good view in a central location

Cons: Nothing was all good

Great Stay, Waseem Was A Great Host And He Gifted Me The Lovely Oud Handwash We Enjoyed In The Bathrooms During Our Stay

Pros: Fantastic View Of The Marina, Cleanliness, Location Close to Restaurants And Shops, Pools, Secure Building, Fully Stocked Kitchen Utensils (Even Though We Didn’t Cook) … Everything Was Great…

Cons: Wear And Tear With The Kitchen Sink Could Be Looked Into But Did Not Affect Our Stay At All.

Cosy, convenient with amazing views

Pros: The space was cosy and very clean. We had complimentary teas and toiletries. Views are amazing. The location is perfect, the tram is 7 minutes walk, lots of restaurants and carrefour downstairs. The host was amazing. Very accomodating, responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance.

Cons: Nothing major. I just found it strange that despite the listing saying the apartment has 2 beds, we paid extra for beddings for the sofa bed.

Best Location on the Marina.

Pros: Cute 1 bedroom flat. Very nice ensuite shower. Great view of the Marina. Very convenient location. The tram station is close by. Lots of food and grocery options within 200m. Marina mall 1km.

Pros: I had a delightful stay at this centrally located apartment, right at the heart of the city's vibrant life. The apartment itself is exceptionally well-maintained, offering all the comforts and amenities one could ask for. Moreover, the service was impeccable. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation experience in a prime location.

Great for a short stay.

Pros: The location at the marina and the view of it was great.

Cons: There was a bit of a wait with sorting out access to the unit but it was all fine after a while.

Pros: Location, host great care, management mr Wasseem and on-site guest relation manager mr Norman do the best. Client-oriented. Easy check-in , easy check out. Cleaning and bed linen change on request makes it very close to hotel experience. Nice gym.

Cons: The large pool is renovating still, so only a small one is available. It is also nice but a bit busy.

Pros: Praticamente TUTTO!!! Posizione superlativa Vista mozzafiato Servizi ottimi

Cons: Nulla
