Pros: The apartment was nice, spacious and the view was great. It is close to shops, restaurants, Dubai Marina mall is 5 minutes walk away from the apartment. To go to the beach it takes around 10-15 minutes walk. Staff were really nice and helpful (the kettle stopped working and they brought a new one in less than an hour).

Cons: One person which I assume it is a staff working there, was kind of rude, but the rest of the staff was great.

Pros: Excellent location, very comfortable apartment, great facilities (pool, gym etc)

Cons: Only a very minor point but light in bathroom could be better. Maybe one of the bulbs have gone? As I said, only a very minor point!

Amazing Place at Dubai Marina Best views. Unbeatable location

Pros: My stay at Maxx Value Homes was excellent. The property was spotless and looked exactly like the online photos, which is a rare find. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was impressive, and it made our stay comfortable and worry-free. Check-in was straightforward, and the host was prompt and clear with all communications. We had no issues finding the place or accessing it. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities.

Pros: Lage top! Pool top! Ausstattung top! Check-in/-out top!
