Great apartment in JVC.

Pros: We chose this apartment to be near our daughter in JVC, so the location is perfect for us but if you want downtown, it's out a bit out of the way, so you'll need taxis for everything. We have been very happy with the communication from the agent and if we had questions or issues, they were answered or solved straight away. The bed is very comfortable and the whole place is lovely and clean. We didn't use the stove or oven but the washing machine was great.

Cons: The only thing that could make it perfect would be fully blocked out drapes as the current ones have gaps at the end and the light beams in. The other thing is the traffic outside, but that was only an issue occasionally when people revved or squealed past during the night. Maybe the windows need double glazing.
