Great choice for people, who want to stay in the very heart of Dubai

Pros: Great location, you basically live in the mall, where everything is in walking distance. The flat is well equiped, you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. We stayed on the 29th floor, we had a side view to Burj Khalifa and it was nice. We were allowed to check out 1 h later (at 13h)

Cons: We stayed 6 nights and when you ask for a cleаner- it is for an extra charge, which I think should be included in the price at least once every 3-4 days, towels are dirty, rubbish, add shower gel/shampoo (you get one small shоwer gel and on small shompoo for two people, 2 toilet papers) etc. The safe was not working and I was not warned, so I had to go everywhere with my valuebles with me (the answer was that the request was sent for a replacement to the owner, but is still not approved) At check out I had to wait 1h to get my deposit back (which I paid cash and logically should be refunded cash) There is no luggage room in the residential part and if you have to check out and go somewhere- it is not an option. All this I write just to make the service better- the flat is great and you have big potential.
