Luxurious 2BR apt with panoramic Marina view

Pros: Big Clean apartment with excellent views of marina and hotel access (pool and restaurants) Great set up with big rooms, kitchen, cooking facilities and excellent balcony.

Cons: Very poor showers and water pressure. Only 1 small sofa for 4 people.

Pleasant apartment in marina area

Pros: Location and view were perfect. Gentleman checked us in 'out of hours' and was very polite and helpful. Concierge staff also very pleasant

Cons: Pool staff were very rude and advised we should not be using pool area or towels as renting apartment and not guests of hotel. Very embarrassing and disappointing. While booked taxi from airport via booking.com as part of apartment booking we had a 20 minute delay in being taken to taxi and taxi driver found location and directions provided by booking.com insufficient. I would also have appreciated a slightly later checkout time which is not allowed, particularly as missed first 12 hours on checking in.

Perfect location and easy to access Metro

Pros: We had a very late check in - 1.30am and host met us with no problems. The apartment had the most beautiful view over the marina. We walked 2 minutes to the metro to get us down to the Dubai Mall. Only about 10 minutes easy walk to the beach.

Cons: No soap or bathroom products were in the room on arrival. The host did provide these when requested. The shower is only a hand held one and difficult to shower under. The water pressure was not good.

Rest like in an 5 star hotel

Pros: A great building with excellent common areas like a hotel. The apartment is very large and clean with a wonderful view

Pros: المكان لامنافس له على المارينا والفندق روعه سهوله الوصول والخروج اروع شي بالمكان سالم الذي لم يتاخر علينا بشئ اي شي نطلب منه لايقصر بصراحه روعه شكرا سالم الدين تعمل لديهم المفروض يكونون فخورين بك

Cons: لدي ملاحظات بسيطه وهو للمستقبل شقه بهذه الفخامه والمكان تحتاج الى بعض الصيانه الموضوع ليس شخصي حتى نتمكن من الحجز مرات عديده ولدينا زيارات كثيره ثانيتا ارجوا الاهتمام بالسجاد وتغييره عند فتح الشبابيك والدولايب صعوبه فتحها وذالك لااحتكاكها على الارض طراحه الغرفه الكبيره تحتاج تغيير لان لديها وقت طويل لم تتغيير ولدي اقتراح اخير الصاله ليست بالحجم الكبير ارجوا استغلال المكان وتعليق التلفزيون على الحائط وبهذا تكون مساحه اكبر للصاله شكرا لكم هذه النقاط فقط انا.. شكرا لدي زياره ثانيه لكم

Pros: مكان جداً رااائع والشقه نظييييفه واطلالتها على البحيره والاستقبال من الاخ سالم انسان جداً محترم ومتعاون وقدم لنا جميع الخدمات وسهل دخولنا الى الفندق والخروج بكل سهوله وكان يرد على كل استفساراتي في اي وقت يستاهل ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros: Отличное расположение. Несмотря на третий этаж, вид очень красивый из любой комнаты. Большой балкон на всю квартиру, очень удобно валяться, сидеть в ноуте или читать книжки, пока внизу происходит какая та суета. Кухня полностью оборудована. Большой новый телевизор. Сам комплекс современный, есть небольшой фитнес зал, бассейн, ресторан и бар. Для гостей комплекса на всю кухню скидка 20%, еда отличная. В лобби много удобных мест, где можно поработать или провести время. 10 минут пешком до Марины Молл и магазина карефул, где есть все, что нужно. В Марине бесконечное кол-во ресторанов и кафе. Отличный персонал, решила любую проблему.

Cons: Не хватает занавески на ваннах
