Holiday as family with 3 kids. Plenty of room, attentive host and an unbeatable location and the view over the fountain

Pros: Location, apartment and facilities were amazing. Access and check-in was smooth and staff were very attentive and accomodating.

Very good appartment to rent in Dubai

Pros: Very good location near Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall with an excelent view to the Fountains and Burj Khalifa. Very big appartment with 3 bedrooms with own bathrooms. It was perfect for six (two famillies). Very good value for money with parking place included.

Cons: It was too cold because of the AC, very difficult to shut down in every room. I managed turned off the fuse.

Pros: The apartment and the hostess are great. It was amazing journey and definitely will visit again.

Cons: Nothing tbh.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment & overall our holiday was fantastic.

Pros: The property was very spacious, had the essential amenities, and from the comfort of our rooms, we were able to enjoy the beautiful fountain shows in the evenings. The location was also convenient, offering easy access to the places we had planned to visit.

Cons: We had an issue with one of the rooms which adversely affected our daughter but thankfully when the matter was reported to the manager, she attended to it promptly. All things considered Angelie was very responsive.

Pros: location, Reina is a supernice host! We felt a bit like sheikhs in that luxury apartement

Pros: Very clean, location, excellent view. Forget about battling the crowd to see the musical fountain. Just enjoy it from your balcony. Staff were very accommodating. Commendation for Reina.

Cons: Construction work nearby, but soundproofing is good.

Pros: Very nice, well furnished apartment. Great location, Fantastic views, Easy Excess..... Best thing about our stay was the host. She was exceptional, welcoming, well spoken, well mannered and very very helpfull.

Cons: Only one thing if they had house keeping

Pros: Вид с балкона просто невероятный, буду скучать по этому виду. У каждого свой санузел с душевой кабиной и вместительным шкафом. Так же удобно то, что у нас было два парковочных места.

Cons: Фонтан был на ремонте и очень не хватило впечатлений от просмотра шоу с балкона, который я так хотел смотреть по вечерам. А так же то что за потерянную магнитную карту, пришлось заплатить аж 200 дирхам.

Cons: Unico problema aria condizionata troppo freddo e difficoltà ad alzare la temperatura.

Pros: I am luxury travel expert and obviously love to discover new places and have a great experience. But this apartment stole my heart and sublime all my possible expectations: kitchen is packed, washing and drying machine, absolutely stunning view and location, large 3 bedrooms with balcony and bath facilities…going to come back again and again. Separate and huge thank you to Reina (a girl who was in contact with me to handle apartment). She managed to provide with early check-in and late checkout. Moreover, I lost my personal staff there including my very expensive jewelries, she helped me to find everything. She is absolutely adorable and helpful and very professional. Honestly, Can’t wait to come back ♥️.
