Great decor and interior, well equipped kitchen (but bring your own salt and pepper!) and comfortable beds and pillows.

Pros: We loved the decor and how clean we found the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts for our 2 year old each morning. The balcony was nice and the beds and pillows were comfortable.

Cons: The noise from outside was very loud and annoying especially when we were trying to sleep. I think that might be because the apartment is on a lower floor so you hear a lot of noise from the Main Street. In the shower, the hot side of the shower control bar got extremely hot! Very dangerous for toddlers, so if you have a toddler, make sure you don’t let them touch that side of the shower faucet. The communication by the property manager was awful. They were very delayed in getting back to us about issues we had such as the wifi going out during a work meeting, which was extremely time sensitive. We had to leave and go to a cafe to continue working because they didn’t get back to us in time. We also were not given access cards because the guests before us took them and the property manager didn’t have a backup, which was very inconvenient because we took forever getting permission from security to park our car in the garage without the access card. Every time we wanted to use the car we had to notify security first so they could let us back in when we got back. It was an unnecessary inconvenience that could have been avoided if the property manager had a backup access card they could have provided in this circumstance. Each time I asked about the access card they would ignore the question or respond the following day. No sense of urgency from the property management team.
